Though the US is downplaying the chances of directly engaging Syrian forces, it's pretty clear this newly announced policy likely will result in exactly that happening.

They are defending *anti-Syrian* rebels, after all.

    http://www.wsj.com/articles/pentagon-to-defend-new-syria-force-from-assad-regime-others-1438549937

President Barack Obama has authorized using air power to defend a new U.S.-backed fighting force in Syria if it is attacked by Syrian government forces or other groups, raising the risk of the American military coming into direct conflict with the regime of President Bashar al-Assad.

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/wor...d-favoured-rebels-against-Assad-in-Syria.html

The shift in strategy to allow bombing raids to support defensive - thought not offensive - actions by rebels against the regime was reported by the Wall Street Journal.

“For offensive operations, it’s ISIS [Isil] only,” it quoted an official as saying. “But if attacked, we’ll defend them against anyone who’s attacking them. We’re not looking to engage the regime, but we’ve made a commitment to help defend these people.”

The US has been attacking Syria since it organized a "civil war" by assassinating protestors, police and military to divide the country as the US did in Yugoslavia and other countries.
In May this year the US bombed civilians killing 52 and maiming many more.

Now, the US is inflicting airstrikes against any force that attacks the US backed terrorists it calls "Syrian rebels" being trained by American instructors and armed on money from the US budget, with the officially-proclaimed aim of destroying the Syrian People.

“For offensive operations, it’s ISIS only. But if attacked, we’ll defend them against anyone who’s attacking them,” a senior military official told the Wall Street Journal on Sunday.
But, we all know that it isn't ISIS that the US is fighting, it is Syria, which is why the US is routinely bombing Syria in the name of stoppping that which it started and fully supports.

Even the NeoCon General Wesley Clark admits that it is the US goal to destroy Syria. And, considering that the US is destroying Syria, it is obvious that the US intends to attack Iran after the current pretense of being fair and peaceful towards Iran.

And it is apostate so called Christians who have empowered and justified all the wars of the 20th Century and so far in the 21st. It is their worship of the gods of the Sinogog of satan, the doctrines and traditions of the Pharisee and Edom, that is driving the assassins of humanity. It is these deluded and insane Christians who handed over the vast wealth, and prestige that Christ gave them, to the enemies of Christ and mankind.

The Christians in Syria were in love with that which Christ hates, and look at what's happening to them.
Since the Christians of America and Europe have done far worse things, their Judgment will be far worse than what's happening in Syria.
So, go ahead enjoy your sports, TV, lies, singing your liar songs, eating, laughing at the slaughter and suffering you are causing around the world, cheering your Ashkenazi fake Israel gang, and so on, till as Christ Cast you out and treads you down under the feet of men. (Matthew 5:13
Maybe He will hire the ISIS boys to take out such despicable people.
After all, US and European pseudo Christians nurtured ISIS in the first place via their idolic worship of fake Israel.
What a sight that would be for ISIS to be auctioning off millions of US & European Christian females.

The intent is to keep the war going on forever and ever to lessen the population...I mean we're talking about sociopaths here. Whenever one side starts winning, the bombing raids begin from Washington, Israel or Turkey in order to level the playing field...as has been so aptly put.

We have to see what the game is now that Turkey has entered the play. Erdogan's intent is to grab the chunk of Syria and Iraq with the oil fields. Turkey also wants Latakia, which is Assad's and the Alawite's home base, and also where the oil pipes will be exiting in the Mediterranean. Seems to me Washington made him an offer he can't refuse so it can break the deal for Turk Stream between Moscow and Ankara. In the meantime Erdogan will also be going against Iran's al Qud troops which are fighting with Assad...

So what can we expect from the Empire of Chaos other than Chaos, Chaos and more Chaos...

Does anyone else question Obama's judgment in the conduct of American foreign policy?

I read in a Greek site that the national road in the predominantly Kurdish southeastern part of Turkey, has been closed due to attacks by the PKK. Also that the loss of Turkish soldiers lives is much higher than what is being mentioned officially.

This is a terrible idea....we simply need to get the hell as far away from everything in the Middle East and watch them kill each other from afar. No matter what we do over there we will get people to hate us even more and spend blood and money doing it.
Stay away and keep them away from us, no immigration, no aid, no interference whatsoever. One side or the other will be pissed at us and is no better for the world than the other. The entire Muslim world is a no-win scenario.

Well the senators certainly don't. Victoria Nuland told the foreign relations committee that Russia had invaded Ukraine with thousands of tanks and troops, (for about the thousandth time), and yet no one questioned her.

    Washington creates its own reality.

Obama is making the same mistake Bush made in alienating the Russians. But Obama is worse than Bush in the sense he has unwittingly forged a strategic alliance between the Russians and Chinese in opposition to the US.

Why are we supporting all those anti-Assad forces? He is the only one who has the power to keep all those Arab tribes under his strict control. Arabs need a strong leader to rule over them.

The ISIS guys have the same gods as the Israelis & apostate Christians,. They just use different terminology; Which is why the US backs all three members of the sinogog of satan.

US slaughters 58 Syrians today: Slaughter to be proud of; Just like how the US military loves blowing up weddings, hospitals, food infrastructure, bomb shelters, trains, farms, airliners, schools, homes, and most civilian infrastructure,; Loves dumping napalm and white phosphorous on people of all ages and sex.
It is no wonder, because the US people have been all gung-ho to slaughter and torment for over 200 years now, and still going strong on their killing and torture spree against people all over the world
    [IMG]
Over 400 civilians have been killed in in the first year of US-led anti-ISIS airstrikes, including 58 non-combatants who were being held in an Islamic State prison for offenses such as buying cigarettes, a major study claims.
The study was carried out by the Air Wars transparency group and written by former BBC Panorama and Newsnight journalist Chris Woods.

The study cites 57 incidents where there is publicly available evidence of civilian deaths by coalition military action.

“Despite claims by the US-led coalition that its airstrikes in Iraq and Syria are ‘the most precise and disciplined in the history of aerial warfare,’ there are clear indications from the field that many hundreds of non-combatants have been killed,” Woods writes in the report’s key findings.

And various self righteous, pompous hypocrits prance around vomiting their fake excuses and reasoning as to how it's all the victim's fault.

GW announced on primetime tv the US would invade. Obama has done nothing significant to my knowledge. Just maintained Middle East military presence. World powers today cannot pull a Truman. Too much global scorn that possesses a lot of your technology and weaponry. The art of diplomacy is very necessary. This is where dishonest, crooked politicians earn their keep. I am a patriot, individualist. I love that Israel will decimate their threats. I have nad respect for that. I also play poker. My parents and brother played Vegas Championships. I can naje an entire table in a competition fold without a pair.

Let's compare all 3 of them:
    1. They are all looking for THEIR messiah to come and make their religion all powerful. King Herod and the Pharisees had the same idea before they murdered the Perfect Man.
    2. Both the Muslims and the Pharisee types reject that Jesus Christ, the Perfect Man is the One and only God. The Christians give Him lip service, but reject Him as their King in the Here and Now on Earth. Hence, they all hate what He Loves, and love what He Hates.
    3. They all follow after the 3 evil spirits of Revelation 16, in that they all want a giant final Armageddon to destroy their opponents.

Jesus Christ came to save us from religion. All 3 of the above groups are religions.
Jesus Christ is not a religion, nor is He religious.
He is simply the author of all life, love, beauty, pleasure and comfort, who has been around since before day 1, and knows what's best. But all 3 of these groups of grasshoppers think they know better.
He let us murder Him to catch us red handed, and to show us how awful sin is. He came to show us who He is. He lived as a man to show us He knows what it is like to be human.
No one else has done that.

You aren't religious but quote Psalms . Interesting.
I deny any faith, any god, any divine revelation.
Your turn fellow apostate. Martyrs die for their faith. I was once very faithful. I would have never denied my god or faith then.
Non-religious Ivan, boldly declare your beliefs.

We talked about it a few days ago, Turkey wants an independent Syrian enclave close to its borders to foil a Kurdish state there, in return they will join the fight (against the Kurds), there are 3 mil refugees in Jordan and Turkey so the idea makes sense.

Most worship the social ego/mind they inherited from society, and imagine that mind to be the real them.
For many, that is the real god.
    For Talmudists, they are god.
For atheists, their atheism is their god, and it probably includes that social ego/mind we all start out with.
Religion is the human mind creating it's own reality.

There is a real logic to the universe and human life. It has to be discovered. And it has been discovered.
That is what is worth giving value to, not the drivel that society put in our minds like a parasite or clamp to limit us.
The Bible is valuable in overcoming the social ego, despite the deliberate sabotage that has been added to it.
The Logic of the universe became a human being so that we could see what the Perfect Man is. We murdered Him.
Now, it is up to us to delete the social mind/ego and replace it with the Character of the Perfect Man.
It is a process that takes time to identify and remove the trash in our minds.

    How's that for a start?
