My question is will the new Attorney General Loretta Lynch go after him for hate speech?

In all fairness, Mandela's actual response to the way he was treated by the Racist Nationalist government was restrained and far more polite than many expected. FarraKlown has no just reason to hate whites. Mandela had lots of reasons to hate what was done to him by the racist Apartheid regime. Comparing an ass and pimp like Farraklown to a great leader like Mandela who became wiser with age, is a disservice to Mandela and praise a turd like Farraklown does not deserve

LOL but NEED is not relevant to constitutional rights.

So you revere a terrorist like Nelson Mandela? That's a reflection on you. But I don't blame you, a lot of people don't really know much about Mandela and choose to view him as more of a symbol. It's kind of like the fictional version of Lincoln.

And your revering of a Racist Nationalist Government in South Africa reflects on you, but that is not new news to anyone.

I majored in political science in college with African politics and political philosophy being my two main areas. I had the benefit of studying under Leonard Thompson who wrote the Oxford history of South Africa. I also had the wonderful experience of hunting in Kenya with the late great Stephen Smith who relocated to South Africa after Kenya closed hunting in 1977 and he and my late father remained close friends until Steve's untimely death in a motor accident. I know lots about Mandela and the fact that the RSA could have done far worse under its first black run administration as witnessed by Rhodesia and Thugabe

Great, so I'll defer to your expertise and agree that "could have been worse" is a great epitaph for that socialist, terrorist, black leader.

This goes a fair measure beyond the knock out game, and with ISIS already calling for "lone wolf" attacks, I would suggest that CCW holders pay a little closer attention to their conditions of readiness and maybe practice a little more than they have been. Maybe add that Glock 43 to your weak side....
This WILL get worse before it gets better.

There is no law against 'hate speech' per se. But I think Farrakan here is treading mighty close to where the line is drawn for an incitement charge. But he has not overstepped it from what I understand https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hate_speech#United_States. because the call to violence is not imminent and there is even some ambiguity on the legal intent. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brandenburg_v._Ohio

If I were the local DA or more accurately the DA in who's jurisdiction that million man march was planned. I'd want a sit-down conversation with Farakan with several Assistant DA's in the room to see if we might come to an understanding about the criminal and potential civil risks to walking that close to the fire. Hopefully he'd clarify his 'intent' to local law enforcement and his local supporters so everyone was on the same page on the desire for a nice peaceable day of marching.

Ya know with an event this big and important, there are a lot of side issues to concern the city before permits should be issued. There are law enforcement and safety concerns, noise and traffic control and emergency vehicle access issues to address and it could take a lot of time to reassure the city that every precaution was seen to. NO such thing as an overabundance of caution when someone could get injured in an improperly planned route. the organizers of this march could find getting this thing going smoothly, a very expensive and time sensitive process. There are inevitable negotiations on the responsibilities and cost sharing between the city and the organisers and litigation is just an extra expense.

I think Farakan should think about this rhetoric some more. Its not smart and there are ways for the Mayor, City attorney, city planners, fire marshall, the DA, and the Chief of Police to let him know that without an arrest warrant in hand

That's easy, require a $5 million dollar bond to pay for damage and services should things get less than peaceful or no permit.

I dunno I tried a drum magazine once for a shotgun, it just felt too heavy... I think we need mounted shotguns with rail feeds... sure was fun shooting that thing though, water jugs and flying watermelon everywhere!

In all fairness the South African government was evil. For proof check out the documentary Lethal Weapon 2.

If it weren't for heroes such as Riggs and Murtaugh who knows how much damage their regime could have done.

How is inciting violence for a planned "march" not imminent?
