Men do not possess any reproductive rights:

A man impregnates a woman, the woman has an abortion, and the man has no say.
A man impregnates a woman, the woman wants the baby, the father does not, and the father is required to pay child support or have his life destroyed.

If feminists are in favor of equality, why not allow a father to have a say in the case of abortion, and to for go childsupport if he is not willing to be a father...?

The day a man dies from complications of pregnancy, I guess I'll decide there is some call for equal abortion rights for men.

A man has a right not to impregnate a woman.

They never really did. They don't have wombs. The control is completely with women, but feminists are not good at accepting responsibility. So they don't want to acknowledge this. Feminism = arrested development.

Maybe the condom broke or her birth control lapsed.

Should a man have a say in an abortion?
Should a man have the right to choose not to be a father?

Western women have a false sense of entitlement. The truth is women only have whatever freedoms the men in that society allow them. Don't believe me ? Imagine tomorrow if 80% of American men converted to Islam. Feminism would be dead in two years.

A man has a right not to be father or a killer. After he's pulled the trigger he's made his choice and his subsequent options are limited.

A man should not have a right to require or prohibit an operation on someone else's body. Even if the condom broke.

So after the woman pulls the trigger, has she decided to be a mother?

Let's see if we can apply feminist nonsense to an egalitarian argument.

I am actually on your side here but the father does have a choice not to be the father without paying child support. All he has to do is sign his rights away.

After impregnation, the options are limited. For both of you. One of those options is an abortion.

An abortion is medical procedure on her body. You don't have an equal right to choose to require or prohibit medical procedures on her body.

In many cases that is up to the judge, so he does not have the absolute right to decide not to be a father.

    - - - Updated - - -

Does the man have the right to decide not be a father and for go all parental rights and financial obligations?

This may be true now but when my daughter was born 19 years ago, I had that option. Of course I didn't fully look into it because my decision was already made to be the father. So indeed I may have spoke to soon.

It is a simple yes or no. A woman has the right to forgo parenthood, does a man have the same right with the same ease?

i agree. The only thing some women understand is brute force.

Allowing women an equal say in how society is run is nation suicide. I saw a car crash once. All these people were doing exercise training in the park. Imediately several men ran over to the accident. It wasn't for a minute till some of the girls cautiously followed.

Another medical emergencies I saw when no men were present, everyone just started a discussion. No one went for proffesional help. No one made any decisions at all. They just wanted to pass the buck. The professional nurse who was present made the biggest drama! And even the staff member who worked there was running around in circles.

Emergency = a call for a discussion(which can theoretically last forever)

In fact men walk away from being the father all the time. Millions do.

    - - - Updated - - -

I'm guessing the OPer is "prolife." Prolife men tend to not really oppose abortion. Rather, they want the right to have their children aborted.

The biology is inequal in its impact on the respective sex partners, so the result will be inequal thereafter and law must reflect that reality.

Until men have to carry a baby for 9 months, I'm going to have to agree. I have a suspicion though that if men were the ones who gave birth, there would be 100% effective birth control free for everyone.

Impossible, men and women are totally equal all the time. There can be no differences. Patriarchy!

    - - - Updated - - -

Really? Then why is there not a birth control pill for men? Why are there dozens of birth control pills for women?

    Medical care favors women.

Why aren't birth control methods for men that are 100% effective?

The feminist nonsense of "if women were men women would have birth control that is 100% effective!!11111" is silly. Women have far more birth control options, most of which are more effective than condoms. Men are required to use a condom or have their nuts snipped. A pill is not yet available for males dispute female pill based birth control has been available for decades.

So condoms, when handled correctly, never break? Are they made out of a magical material that never breaks and is effective 100% of the time?
