It seems Trump is releasing more policies than any other candidate. I have not seen any other candidates plan for taxes. Other candidates have not really released any policies.

This would be great for lower income folks. Simplifying the tax code has needed to be done for years. These establishment politicians have been took busy looking out for Wall Street to do it.

The reality, of course, is quite different.

Several candidates have talked in specific terms about proposals, especially Hillary Clinton,

Trump has not. His campaigns is a collection of one liners, and personal insults.

His "Positions" tab on his website contained nothing more than an anti immigrant rant until a week ago, when it was joined by a pro gun rant.

His "tax proposal" is similarly devoid of any meaningful detail, other than a fairly obvious promise that the angry white old people he's increasingly slanting his campaign toward, won't pay much in taxes.

It won't take much to take this joke of a proposal apart. It contains nothing regarding business taxes, capital gains, or any of the other widely used deductions.

In fact, it's so deliberatly vague that the CBO won't be able to score it.

More smoke and mirrors from the great charletan!

No she hasn't. She does not give specifics like Bernie Sanders who wants to spend 18 trillion dollars in giveaway programs.

He's a snake oil salesman. He's going to bomb ISIS into submission, provide universal healthcare, build a huge 'beautiful' wall, deport 15,000 people a week, start a trade war, greatly increase the size and and equipment quality of the armed forces and pay off the debt all while lowering taxes? It can't be done.

Yes, but there are a lot of the same sort of people who bought Herman Cain's "999 Plan" (without knowing a thing about it), to insure that the Trump supporters will be busy defending this empty gimmick for a couple of weeks.

Typical when people whine about details so they can say "it can't be done". Continue to make up reasons that are phony meanwhile how is Obama working out? 2/3 of the nation say the country is headed in the wrong direction.

Yes those pesky details. Thank goodness Trump doesn't fuss about them.

And keep in mind the people who are super duper skeptical were perfectly fine with Obama's platitudes and lack of details surrounding Obamacare. Consider the source, with these people.

I agree with you, Obama did give details.... but what we would really get is a Congress plan, not a Trump or Obama plan as congress will be the one writing the law

No federal income tax would be levied against individuals earning less than $25,000 and married couples earning less than $50,000. The Trump campaign estimates that would reduce taxes to zero for 31 million households that currently pay at least some income tax.
    Simplification:
Holy Crap! That is a YUGE! middle class tax break.
About time. Every year we can't get our tax software out until the last minute as every year, it has to wait until Congress, at the last minute, implements yet another alternative minimum tax fix.
    [/quote]
One page tax form for 42 million households.
The bottom 50% of American Households would pay NO US income taxes. None. Zip. Nada.

I have not been a Trump supporter. I wanted details. How he would pull off all his blustery B.S.

I have to admit. This plan is FULL of details and is awesome. Trump just made my Top 5 list! Way to go Donald! Home Run.

    "It can't be done"

You know, kinda like the Great Wall of China... Oh wait...

Ok ok, the great pyramids... Wait...

    Pumapuncu? Damn wtf is going...

Well never walk on the moon... Hmmmmmmmmmm...

It can be done, people with no ambition believe otherwise, you know, the "drones".

I wish another economic leader like Hitler would come along.

We don't need to buy into the blustery BS from the left. We have real world examples of what their policies do.

See: Detroit, Chicago, California in general.
