I read something about this in German media and it's pretty ridiculous. Fortunately courts in Germany are very tenant-friendly and it's extremely difficult for a landlord to get a tenant out of his apartment even if they cause a lot of trouble. The irony as I understand it is, if the town manages to evict her, they would have to provide appropriate accommodation for her, ending up in the same situation as before.
