Four young Jewish children became orphans when their parents were killed after their car came under heavy gunfire from Palestinian terrorists near the Jewish community of Itamar in Samaria.

Two Israeli civilians, identified as Rabbi Eitam and Naama Henkin from Neria, have been killed in a terror attack which occurred shortly after 9 pm near the Itamar and Elon Moreh communities in Samaria on Thursday night. The Jewish family of six was driving near the Palestinian village of Beit Furik when their vehicle came under heavy gunfire from a moving Palestinian vehicle, killing the parents.

The four children in the car, who witnessed their parents’ shooting, have been safely rescued. The children, ages 4, 7, and 9 and a four-month-old baby were not injured in the attack.

IDF spokesperson has confirmed the tragic event and stated that “IDF forces are currently searching the area for the terrorists.”

Israeli Minister, Uri Ariel had stated in response to the event that “this murderous occurrence which orphaned four little children is the direct result of Abu Mazen’s litany of lies last night at the United Nations. The responsibility is his and he must answer for it.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made the following remarks in response to the terrorist attack in Samaria:

“This is a difficult day for the State of Israel. We are witness to an especially heinous and shocking murder in which parents were murdered, leaving four young orphans. My heart is with the children, all of our hearts are with the children and the family. The killers knew that they were murdering a mother and father, the children were there. It has been proven again that wild Palestinian incitement leads to acts of terrorism and murder such as we have seen this evening. I am about to speak with the Defense Minister, the IDF Chief-of-Staff and the Director of the ISA about the steps we will take not only to apprehend the murderers, but also to increase security for all Israeli citizens.”

Israeli President Reuven Rivlin said in a statement, “Tonight, bloodthirsty murderers claimed the lives of a mother and a father, leaving their young children orphaned. The heart breaks at the magnitude of such cruelty and hatred.

“We will continue in our brave and unwavering fight against this cruel and heinous terrorism – of this our enemies can be sure. This is our duty, and the only way we can ensure the right of the orphans who lost their parents tonight, along with the right of all our children and grandchildren, to live with security and in peace, everywhere in the Land of Israel.

“We pray for the speedy recovery of the injured children – our hearts and thoughts are with them.”

    Fatah claims responsibility for murder
of young Israeli couple in front of their children

PA libel spreading to rest of Islamic world

Abbas: Israel has "plans to undermine
the Islamic and Christian sanctuaries in Jerusalem,
particularly its actions at the Al-Aqsa Mosque"

A senior official of Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah movement posted on his Facebook
Page that Fatah was accepting responsibility for yesterday's murder of a
young Israeli couple, Eitam and Naama Henkin, in front of their four
    children.

Fatah Central Committee member Mahmoud Al-Aloul posted:

"The Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian
National Liberation Movement Fatah, accepted responsibility for the Itamar
operation (i.e., murder of Eitam and Naama Henkin), carried out against
    settlers, leading to their deaths."

Palestinian Media Watch has documented that the Palestinian Authority has
led a vicious incitement campaign against Israel calling for violence in
recent weeks. Palestinians are fed a steady diet of statements by senior PA
and Fatah leaders, claiming that the Al-Aqsa Mosque is "in danger," and that
Palestinians must defend it through Ribat, a religious war to liberate or
defend what is claimed to be Islamic land.

PA Chairman Abbas chose to open his speech Wednesday at the UN with this PA
libel. Specifically, he stated that Israel is scheming to destroy the
Al-Aqsa Mosque. Abbas called "on the Israeli government, before it is too
late, to cease its use of brutal force to impose its plans to undermine the
Islamic and Christian sanctuaries in Jerusalem." Abbas threatened that
unless Israel stops its "scheme" and its "actions at the Al-Aqsa Mosque,"
the conflict will change from political to religious, "creating an explosive
situation in Jerusalem and the rest of the occupied Palestinian territory."
[Abbas at the UN, the UN's website, Sept. 30, 2015] (See excerpt below)

israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said today that Palestinian incitement
surrounding the Temple Mount directly led to the murder of the young Israeli
    parents.

The PA libel is now spreading around the Muslim world, which could
potentially lead to international terror against Jews, as has been witnessed
in the past. The PA media has reported on statements like the following by
the Grand Muftis of Saudi Arabia and Lebanon and others, thereby lending
more "credibility" to the false accusations that Israel is destroying the
    Muslim holy site.

The official PA daily reported on comments by the Imam and preacher at the
holy sanctuary of Mecca, Saudi Arabia, Sheikh Saleh Bin Hamid, who "stated
that 'the attacks of the Zionists on the Al-Aqsa Mosque constitute a
declaration of war on its Islamic identity'." He "condemned the criminal
attacks, the barbaric actions and racist policy being implemented against
    it." [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Sept. 19, 2015]

The Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia Abdul-Aziz ibn Abdullah Al ash-Sheikh stated
that "the Al-Aqsa Mosque is complaining to Allah today, and then to the
Islamic nation, that the Jews defile it and drive away [Muslim] worshippers,
hurt them and place obstacles in their way." He added: "Oh servants of
    Allah, be alert." [Al-Quds, Sept. 24, 2015]

Similarly, the Grand Mufti of Lebanon Abd Al-Latif Daryan said that "they" -
Israelis/Jews - "want to destroy the Al-Aqsa [Mosque] or to divide it,
saying that they want Palestine to be a homeland and a state for Jews only,
and that they want to destroy the Al-Aqsa [Mosque] in order to search for
the alleged Temple!" [WAFA (the official Palestinian news agency), Sept. 24,
    2015]

Abbas made similar comments at a recent visit to Moscow when he "called on
the international community to provide protection to the holy places of
Christianity and Islam in Jerusalem and ensure the freedom of religion."
[WAFA (the official Palestinian news agency), Sept. 23, 2015] Likewise, PA
Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah has stated that Israel is trying to "to erase
[Jerusalem's] Arab and Islamic identity" and "salute[d] the legendary
resoluteness of the sons and daughters of occupied Jerusalem, who are still
dealing with the Judaization attack." [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Sept. 17, 2015]
The PA prime minister also has stated that Palestinians "will not concede
one speck of land in Jerusalem, and Israel's plan to divide Al-Aqsa will not
pass, and Israel does not scare our people with its racist resolutions."
    [Al-Quds, Sept. 20, 2015]

The demonic image of "Jews defiling the holy places" has been reiterated
extensively by PA leaders lately. PLO Executive Committee member Hanan
Ashrawi stated that "Israel is playing with fire with its desecration of the
    holy places." [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Sept. 15, 2015] A reporter from official
PA TV spoke of Israel's "defilement, Judaization, and invasion" of the
mosque, [Official PA TV, Sept. 13, 2015] while the Ambassador of the State
of "Palestine" to Kazakhstan Muntasir Abu Zaid updated a Kazakh official
"about the desecration of the Islamic and Christian holy places in East
Jerusalem by the occupation, and about the fact that the extremist settlers
are being allowed to invade the Al-Aqsa plaza and defile it." [WAFA (the
official Palestinian news agency), Sept. 20, 2015] PMW reported on Abbas'
statement that Palestinians will not allow "Jews with their filthy feet" to
    enter the Al-Aqsa Mosque plaza.

Those Palestinians who try to prevent Jews from praying at the Temple Mount
are praised by Palestinian leaders, referred to as fighters of a holy war -
Murabitin - those who carry out Ribat - i.e., religious conflict/war over
land claimed to be Islamic. Fatah spokesperson Osama Al-Qawasmi called them
    "heroes":

"Those carrying out Ribat at the Al-Aqsa Mosque are heroes, and a source of
pride for all Palestinians... they protect the honor of the Arab and Islamic
nations with their bare chests and with the words 'Allah is great,' ... the
Palestinian people will not relinquish its land and holy sites, no matter
what price it will have to pay."
[WAFA (the official Palestinian news agency), Sept. 20, 2015]

Al-Qawasmi also vowed that Fatah "will protect our Al-Aqsa at any cost" and
"never relinquish our land, our Jerusalem, and our Al-Aqsa." He stated that
"the Fatah movement will protect the holy places of Islam and Christianity
in East Jerusalem, especially the Al-Aqsa Mosque and its plaza." Al-Qawasmi
also threatened that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu "must know
that when he approaches [the subject of] Jerusalem and the holy places, he
sets the entire area on fire and ignites religious conflicts that will have
impact on the entire world." [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Sept. 18, 2015]

PA Parliament Member Mustafa Barghouti emphasized that continued Palestinian
"defense" of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and Jerusalem at any price "until
liberation": "We will protect the Al-Aqsa Mosque and Jerusalem, whatever the
price may be, and Israel will fail to turn it into a religious conflict," he
said, and stressed that "the Palestinian people... will continue to defend
the 'Arabness' of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and Jerusalem until they are
liberated." [Wattan News Agency, Sept. 18, 2015]

In a rally in support of Palestinian prisoners and the Al-Aqsa Mosque,
"senior officials, leaders of factions and activists" were reported to
"urge" Palestinians "to start an intifada against the occupation, its
aggression and its policy by taking to the streets... to release the
prisoners and protect Jerusalem and the holy places from the occupation's
    aggression and its settlers." [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Sept. 23, 2015]

Palestinians are called upon by these same leaders to "protect" and "defend"
the mosque and carry out Ribat and encouraged to continue to throw rocks at
Israelis and sacrifice themselves for Al-Aqsa.

The following is the opening of Abbas' speech at the UN, repeating the libel
that Israel is planning to harm the Al-Aqsa Mosque:

PA Chairman Abbas: "I come before you today from Palestine, compelled to
sound the alarm about the grave dangers of what is happening in Jerusalem,
where extremist Israeli groups are committing repeated, systematic
incursions upon Al-Aqsa Mosque, aimed at imposing a new reality and dividing
Al-Haram Al-Sharif temporally, allowing extremists, under the protection of
Israeli occupying forces and accompanying ministers and Knesset members, to
enter the Mosque at certain times, while preventing Muslim worshipers from
accessing and entering the Mosque at those times and freely exercising their
    religious rights.
This is the scheme that the Israeli government is pursuing, in direct
violation of the status quo since before 1967 and thereafter. By doing so,
the occupying power is committing a grave mistake, because we will not
accept this, and the Palestinian people will not allow the implementation of
this illegal scheme, which is aggravating the sensitivities of Palestinians
    and Muslims everywhere.
I call on the Israeli government, before it is too late, to cease its use of
brutal force to impose its plans to undermine the Islamic and Christian
sanctuaries in Jerusalem, particularly its actions at Al-Aqsa Mosque, for
such actions will convert the conflict from a political to religious one,
creating an explosive in Jerusalem and in the rest of the occupied
    Palestinian territory."
[Abbas at the UN, the UN's website, Sept. 30, 2015]

The following are longer excerpts of the reports mentioned above:

Headline: "The president [Abbas] called to provide protection to the holy
places of Islam and Christianity in Jerusalem at the inauguration of the
    Moscow Cathedral Mosque"
"President of the State of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas called on the
international community to provide protection to the holy places of
Christianity and Islam in Jerusalem and ensure the freedom of religion, as
it existed before the Israeli occupation of Jerusalem in 1967, especially at
    the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
His honor stated during his speech today, Wednesday, [Sept. 23, 2015], at
the inauguration of the Moscow Cathedral Mosque in the presence of President
of Russia Vladimir Putin and President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan,
together with Arab and Islamic delegations and international personalities:
'The systematic aggression against the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, the first
direction of prayer and the third holiest [Islamic] sanctuary, in occupied
East Jerusalem, the capital of the State of Palestine, cannot serve peace,
coexistence and tolerance between the religions and nations. It provides an
additional excuse for extremists around the world who use religions in their
terror and their aggression against humanity.'
His honor emphasized that the Al-Aqsa Mosque belongs to Muslims only, and it
is the right of every Muslim in the world to visit it and hold religious
ceremonies in its plaza. In addition, he expressed his strong opposition to
any measure taken by the occupation, aimed at limiting Muslims' access to it
and preventing them from holding their ceremonies freely inside it."
[WAFA (the official Palestinian news agency), Sept. 23, 2015]

Headline: "Palestinian and Arab condemnations of the occupation's actions in
Jerusalem and at the Al-Aqsa Mosque"
"PLO Executive Committee member Hanan Ashrawi stated: 'Israel is playing
with fire with its desecration of the holy places. Its invasions of the
Al-Aqsa Mosque plaza and the coercion of its division according to times and
areas through its [Israel's] military establishments and branches, are all
part of the completion of its Judaization scheme to annex the Al-Aqsa Mosque
and its surroundings, and to impose facts on the ground by gradually
imposing its security control over them and implementing its vision
concerning what it calls the third Temple."
    [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Sept. 15, 2015]

Headline: "Al-Qawasmi: 'Those carrying out Ribat at the Al-Aqsa [Mosque] are
heroes, and the settlers are terrorists'"
"Fatah Spokesperson Osama Al-Qawasmi said that those carrying out Ribat
(i.e., religious conflict/war over land claimed to be Islamic) at the
Al-Aqsa Mosque are heroes, and a source of pride for all Palestinians, and
that they protect the honor of the Arab and Islamic nations with their bare
chests and with the words 'Allah is great,' with their iron will, and with
the fact that they trust first and foremost in Allah, and their absolute
faith in our full right to our Jerusalem and the blessed [Al-Aqsa] Mosque.
Al-Qawasmi emphasized in a statement to the press tonight [Sept. 20, 2015]
that the true terrorists are the herds of settlers and [Israeli Prime
Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu's extreme government which protects them and
eases the way for their acts of invasion of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, as
preparation for its division by areas and times. Likewise, he emphasized
that the Palestinian people will not relinquish its land and holy sites, no
matter what price it will have to pay."
[WAFA (the official Palestinian news agency), Sept. 20, 2015]

The PA considers any presence of Jews on the Temple Mount an "invasion."

"Division according to areas and times" refers to a proposed law (May 2013)
being reviewed in Israeli Parliament that would allow for both Jews and
Muslims to pray on the Temple Mount. The law seeks to designate separate
prayer times and areas of the site for Muslims and Jews.

Headline: "Al-Qawasmi : 'We will protect our Al-Aqsa at any cost'"
"Fatah spokesman Osama Al-Qawasmi stated: 'The Fatah movement will protect
the holy places of Islam and Christianity in East Jerusalem, especially the
Al-Aqsa Mosque and its plaza. We are determined to remain on our land, and
we will not leave it despite the ethnic cleansing war being carried out by
    the occupation state.'
Al-Qawasmi continued in a statement to the press: '[Israeli Prime Minister]
Benjamin Netanyahu's racist decisions will never scare our people, and we
will not raise a white flag, regardless of the price we have to pay. He must
know that when he approaches [the subject of] Jerusalem and the holy places,
he sets the entire area on fire and ignites religious conflicts that will
have impact on the entire world.'
Al-Qawasmi added that Netanyahu and his government are playing with fire as
they Judaize East Jerusalem and strive to divide the Al-Aqsa Mosque and its
plaza according to times and areas, and we in the Fatah movement will never
relinquish our land, our Jerusalem, and our Al-Aqsa."
    [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Sept. 18, 2015]

"[PA] Prime Minister [Rami Hamdallah] emphasized that the main focus of the
[PA] government at this sensitive stage in the history of the Palestinian
cause is on strengthening the resoluteness of the Palestinian people and
their establishment on their land, especially in Jerusalem...
This was during a speech he gave at the dedication of the new departments in
the government hospital in Beit Jala...
The prime minister added: 'I salute the legendary resoluteness of the sons
and daughters of occupied Jerusalem, who are still dealing with the
Judaization attack and most despicable [ethnic] cleansing, to which the city
and its holy sites are being subjected, and going out against the actions of
the Israeli occupation, whose soldiers are invading the blessed Al-Aqsa
Mosque in an attempt to force a division by times and areas and to erase its
    Arab and Islamic identity."
    [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Sept. 17, 2015]

Headline: "Hamdallah: 'Israel's plan to divide the Al-Aqsa [Mosque] will not
pass, and we will not concede one speck of land in Jerusalem'"
"PA Prime Minister Dr. Rami Hamdallah stated: 'In the name of the
Palestinian leadership, led by Mahmoud Abbas, I emphasize that we will not
concede one speck of land in Jerusalem, and Israel's plan to divide Al-Aqsa
will not pass, and Israel does not scare our people with its racist
    resolutions.'
These things were said during his speech yesterday [Sept. 19, 2015] at the
graduation ceremony of the third class of first degree students, the
'belonging class,' at the Al-Istiqlal University in Jericho, in the presence
of the president of the university, Dr. Al-Nasser Al-Qaddumi, and head of
the board of trustees [and Fatah Central Committee member] Tawfiq Tirawi."
    [Al-Quds, Sept. 20, 2015]

Headline: "Ambassador of Palestine briefed Kazakh diplomat regarding the
occupation's attacks against the Al-Aqsa [Mosque]"
"Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Kazakhstan Muntasir Abu Zaid
briefed the head of the Asia and Africa Department of the Kazakh Foreign
Ministry BakhitAristan regarding all the developments of the ongoing Israeli
    aggression against the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
During his meeting with the Kazakh official, Abu Zaid updated him about the
desecration of the Islamic and Christian holy places in East Jerusalem by
the occupation, and about the fact that the extremist settlers are being
allowed to invade the Al-Aqsa plaza and defile it."
[WAFA (the official Palestinian news agency), Sept. 20, 2015]

Headline: "Barghuti to Wattan: 'We will protect the Al-Aqsa Mosque and
Jerusalem, whatever the price may be, and Israel will fail to turn it into a
    religious conflict'"
"Despite the ban, [PA] Parliament Member and Secretary-General of the
National Initiative Movement Mustafa Barghouti managed to go to Jerusalem
today [Sept. 18, 2015], Friday, and to the Al-Aqsa Mosque in order to pray
    there.
Barghouti participated, along with thousands of worshippers, in a mass
demonstration that took place after the Friday prayers in condemnation of
the settlers' and occupation army's attacks against the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Barghouti emphasized to Wattan that the steps of the Israeli occupation and
government will not scare the Palestinian people, and it will continue to
defend the 'Arabness' of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and Jerusalem until they are
    liberated."
[Wattan News Agency, Sept. 18, 2015]

Headline: "Leaders and officials call for popular intifada and struggle
against the occupation's aggression towards Jerusalem and the prisoners"
"Senior officials, leaders of factions and popular activists urged our
people to start an intifada against the occupation, its aggression and its
policy by taking to the streets. This is to release the prisoners and
protect Jerusalem and the holy places from the occupation's aggression and
    its settlers.
The call was made during speeches given by senior officials and leaders in a
support rally for the prisoners and the Al-Aqsa [Mosque], held yesterday
    [Sept. 22, 2015] in Ramallah...
[District Governor of Ramallah and El-Bireh Laila] Ghannam stated that the
prisoners are the guardians of the Palestinian dream and the soul of the
    land...
She added that defending our country, our lives and our dreams is a
legitimate right, guaranteed by all international treaties. She also noted
that Jerusalem is under an increasing attack in front of the entire world,
and no one is lifting a finger.
The speakers called the Palestinian people to take part in the popular
resistance to support the prisoners and to help the Al-Aqsa [Mosque] and
    Jerusalem and defend them."
    [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Sept. 23, 2015]

Headline: "Diliani: 'Netanyahu's escalating vendetta against the residents
    of Jerusalem will fail"
"Member of Fatah's Revolutionary Council and Secretary-General of the
National Christian Coalition in the Holy Lands Dimitri Diliani stated: 'The
escalating vendetta of the occupation state's government, headed by [Israeli
Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu against the residents of Jerusalem, will
fail as its predecessors did, and the occupation's defeat is the only
guarantee to ensuring calm in Jerusalem.'
He added: 'In addition, the occupation imposes financial penalties on the
parents of minors participating in the protests, and promotes an additional
unjust law which sets a minimum punishment for those defending their rights
    (i.e., rock throwers)."
    [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Sept. 22, 2015]

Law against rock throwing - The law (Penal Code 2015, section 332A),
promoted by Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked, was passed by the Israeli
Parliament on July 21, 2015. It imposes up to 10 years imprisonment for
throwing rocks at civilian vehicles and up to 20 years when intent to injure
is proven. On Sept. 24, 2015, the Israeli Security Cabinet voted in favor of
a series of measures against those who throw rocks and firebombs, including
a minimum 4-year prison sentence for adults, imprisonment for minors aged
14-18 and fines for parents of younger minors. The Cabinet also approved the
use of live ammunition in life-endangering situations.

Headline: "The Imam of the holy sanctuary of Mecca: The Zionists' attacks on
    Al-Aqsa are a war declaration"
"The Imam and preacher at the holy sanctuary of Mecca, Sheikh Saleh Bin
Hamid, stated that 'the attacks of the Zionists on the Al-Aqsa Mosque
constitute a declaration of war on its Islamic identity.'
He condemned the criminal attacks, the barbaric actions and racist policy
    being implemented against it.
In the Friday sermon, which he gave at the Kaaba (i.e., a cubic structure at
the center of the Al-Masjid Al-Haram Mosque in Mecca and Islam's holiest
site.) Bin Hamid condemned the world's silence and helplessness facing the
Jews' plan to divide the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque. He added that the Zionists
have chosen to attack the Al-Aqsa Mosque at this time, due to the state of
enmity, separation and terrorist sectarian war, in which the Islamic nation
    is presently engaged."
    [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Sept. 19, 2015]

"Grand Mufti of Lebanon Abd Al-Latif Daryan stated during the holiday sermon
that: 'The takeover and the expulsion [of Palestinians] from homes began
with the occupation of Palestine, and that since 1967 we [Palestinians] are
being religiously persecuted. They [the Israelis]divided the Ibrahimi Mosque
(i.e., Cave of the Patriarchs) in Hebron and now they want to destroy the
Al-Aqsa [Mosque] or to divide it, saying that they want Palestine to be a
homeland and a state for Jews only, and that they want to destroy the
Al-Aqsa [Mosque] in order to search for the alleged Temple! ... What do
people live and die for, if not for the homeland and for the religion?'"
[WAFA (the official Palestinian news agency), Sept. 24, 2015]

"Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia Abdul-Aziz ibn Abdullah Al ash-Sheikh, stated
yesterday during the sermon on Mount Arafah (i.e., a hill east of Mecca, an
obligatory stop on the route of pilgrimage for Muslims coming to Mecca) that
the Al-Aqsa Mosque is complaining to Allah today, and then to the Islamic
nation, that the Jews defile it and drive away [Muslim] worshippers, hurt
them and place obstacles in their way. [He added:] 'Oh servants of Allah, be
    alert.'"

Fatah has not claimed respoonsibility for the attack.

and honestly, they weren't just Israelis.'

they were Israeli settlers, living in an illegal settlement in the West Bank, that was likely built on stolen Arab land.

they are not completely guilt free in all this.

While fatah hasn't claimed responsibility for attack, Al Aqsa Martyr Brigade did. Martyr Brigade was a terrorist group formed during second intifada that became armed wing of Fatah. In other words an armed wing of Fatah claimed responsibly(this was after Fatah and Tanzim the other armed wing of Fatah after second of intifada stopped their attacks). However, there is some doubt that Martry Brigade did it given how they haven't done a brutal attack like this since second intifada, this could be lone gunmen revenge attack for Duma house burning(attack was between settlements of Itamar and Elon More near Nablus which Duma is also near Nablus) and Martyr Brigade wanting to increase credibility among Palestinian street. If Martyr Brigade did do it then similar to last year's kidnapping of 3 settler teenagers when it was done by a Hamas cell acting independently of Hamas central leadership, Martyr Brigade acting independently in order to increase credibility among Palestinian street. Regardless since Martyr Brigade did claim responsibility Bibi should probably use administrative detection against leaders of Marty Brigade to prevent this from escalating more.

It should also be noted location of this attack was between settlements of Itamar and Elon More. Itamar is one of the most extreme settlements along with Kiryat Arba and Yitzhar. Chief rabbi for Itamar Yeshiva Avihai rontzki was chief rabbi for Israeli military from 2006-2010 and while he was chief rabbi a

In a report called "When settlers attack" by the Jerusalem Fund it noted Yitzhar, Bracha, Alon Moreh, Itamar settlements were the settlements in Nablus region that attacked Palestinians the most.

The response of Israeli settlers to this attack was also to torch a Palestinian car. Stones were also thrown at house of a Palestinian and at a Palestinian car on route 60(I don't see Israel authorizing live fire against them)

"The Israel Defense Forces and Shin Bet security service said they carried out a joint operation in and around Nablus late Friday and early Saturday, arresting suspects in the killing of Eitam and Naama Henkin, who were gunned down while traveling with their four children Thursday night."
    http://www.timesofisrael.com/army-reports-significant-progress-in-hunt-for-henkin-killers/
The IDF managed to arrest 8 people after two days. Meanwhile no arrests have been made in the murders of 18 month old Ali Dawabsheh, his father, Saad, and mother, Reham, and the severe burning of his four-year old brother, Ali, whose home was firebombed 35 days ago. It speaks volumes.

We aren't talking about Lebanon or Arafat. You also completely ignored facts I cited like chief rabbi for Itamar's yeshiva saying all Palestinians regardless of whether they are a terrorist, women or child with Itamar along with Nablus being cited as among settlements most known for for attacking Palestinians in the Nablus region.

Human rights abuse under Islam and Israel's human rights violations in West Bank which no other Western democratic country does are separate issues with Islam not being a barrier to peace with Israel,; both Egypt and Jordan signed peace agreements with Israel and all 57(some of them like Persian Gulf states like Saudi Arabia already have unofficial relations with Israel) nations of Islamic cooperation supporting Arab peace initiative which would normalize relations between Israel and these countries in return for withdrawal(with Palestinian formed afterwards) to 67 lines adjusted through land swaps. It should noted also Israel right now is defacto two states, one is the state of Israel within green lines where there is rule of law and democratic society due to everyone under civil law, this state is one most people support, it's the one that helps against extremism due to being a progressive democratic society.

The second state as noted by former Shin Bet head Yuval Diskin “de facto State of Judea is being formed” in the West Bank, he argued, where “law enforcement is shockingly weak toward Jews” and “anarchistic, anti-state, violent, and racist ideologies are forming … and they are treated tolerantly by the Israeli legal and judicial system.”
He contended that in the West Bank “there are many hundreds of youths supporting messianic and/or anarchistic, anti-state ideologies,” including “dozens who daily adopt different levels of violence or terrorism against Palestinian lives and property” and “dozens who would be willing to unhesitatingly take part in violence and terrorism against their Jewish brothers when they see the value of ‘sacred land’ as being put to the test.”
This society doesn't go with being a Western democratic society. This de facto state helps Islamist extremists as this is often cited by extremists as one of the reasons to fight the West. Ending this "anarchist, anti state" society where individuals often "daily adopt different levels of violence or terrorism against Palestinian lives and property" would remove one of the grievances Islamist use against it.
    http://www.jta.org/2015/08/07/news-...ist-ideology-growing-among-religious-zionists

A much more important reason is also that Israel can't be a Jewish and democratic state at the same time which is what it was founded for. This is according to former Shin Bet heads like Ami Ayalon, former prime ministers like Ehud Barak, Yitzhak Rabin, and Ariel Sharon.

Below is some testimony from residents describing perpetrators fleeing
"According to witnesses, at roughly 4 A.M. Friday morning, two masked men arrived at two homes in the village of Douma, not far from the settlement of Migdalim. They sprayed painted graffiti reading "revenge" and "long live the Messiah" in Hebrew, breaking the windows of the homes and throwing two firebombs inside
"Local resident Mesalem Daoubasah, 23, said he saw four settlers fleeing the scene, with several local residents following in pursuit. According to Daoubasah, the settlers fled toward the settlement of Ma'aleh Ephraim."
Daoubasah added that other witnesses saw the settlers smash the windows of the house before throwing firebombs inside."

    Israeli army also noted
"A senior Israeli army officer said there is no doubt that Jews firebombed a West Bank Palestinian home that left an 18-month baby and his parents dead.
“We know unequivocally that this is an act of Jewish terror,” the officer told reporters Tuesday in a briefing, the Israeli media reported. “All the rumor and speculation being spread on this issue lack any basis in reality.

With religious leaders for both Itamar and Yitzhar as noted above condoned killing non Jews including children it's not a shock that this atrocity was done by Jewish extremist settlers.

This also isn't a first time Jewish settlers have firebombed Arab houses with
"B’Tselem, the Israeli human rights group which monitors settler activity, said that in the past three years, nine Palestinian homes in the West Bank had been set alight, and a Palestinian family had been severely burned when a Molotov cocktail was thrown at a Palestinian taxi. “In recent years, Israeli civilians set fire to dozens of Palestinian homes, mosques, businesses, agricultural land and vehicles in the West Bank. The vast majority of the these cases were never solved, and in many of them the Israeli police did not even bother to take elementary investigative actions,” B’Tselem said in a statement."

For period covering 2004-2011 reported called when settlers attack by the Jerusalem fund noted
"Vehicular attack-This is the use of vehicles to attack Palestinian civilians or their livestock. Often the most vulnerable members of society fall victim to these types of attacks including children and the elderly. Shepherds and Bedouin who are often grazing their livestock in fields adjacent to roads have fallen prey to these types of attacks as well. These incidents are most prevalent in the Hebron governorate but also increasingly a problem in the northern governorates of Nablus, Qalqilya and Salfit along an Israeli settler road corridor. Vehicular attacks have claimed the lives of ten Palestinian civilians over the period covered by our data and left 208 more injured.
"Shootings-This is self-explanatory. Settlers are largely armed and haveused firearms against Palestinian civilians. Geographically, this attack type isdistributed throughout the West Bank with the largest number of incidents occurring in Hebron (24 percent) and Nablus (32 percent). Shootings have left fourteen Palestinians dead and 100 more injured during the period for which we have recorded data."

    Good news readers...
    IDF News Desk Announcement
Terrorist who shot and killed Naama and Eitam Henkin, Arrested

Date: 05/10/2015 Location: Tel Aviv Oct 05, 2015

A joint effort of the IDF along with ISA and Israeli Police arrested the
murderers who shot and killed Naama and Eitam Henkin while driving with
their four children on October 1st 2015.

The night of the attack, two of the terrorists drove the road between Itamar
and Alon Moreh in order to stake out the area and choose the exact location
of the attack. Immediately prior to the attack the four operatives drove to
the chosen location for the attack, at which point one of the operatives
began to stake out the area. When the area was determined fit for the
planned attack, the operatives advanced on the road, identified the Henkin's
family and fired at the vehicle. The terrorists then stopped, exited their
vehicle, approached the family and opened fire again at the parents- Naama
and Eitam Henkin from close range. Once the terrorists carried out the
deadly attack, they fled the scene, running off to Nablus.

Lt. Col. Peter Lerner, IDF Spokesman: "We are seeing a rise in the
motivation for terror in Judea and Samaria. Hamas among other terror
organizations are fueling instability across the entire region. Terrorism
cannot go unanswered, cannot become an acceptable routine. We owe it to our
people to continue taking all necessary measures to keep them safe."

Below please find a press release from the ISA, including details from the
    investigation.

    ISA:
Following an intelligence and operational effort to locate those involved in
the October 1 shooting attack at an Israeli vehicle near Itamar in which
Rabbi Eitam Henkin and his wife Naama were murdered while traveling with
their four young children, the ISA, IDF and Israel Police have arrested
members of the cell that perpetrated the attack. The detainees have been
transferred for investigation by the ISA and have admitted their involvement
in the murder of the Henkins.

The cell – affiliated with Hamas in Nablus – numbered five terrorists, each
of which had a defined role. One terrorist checked the route. Three
terrorists were in the attacking vehicle – a driver and two attackers. The
cell commander was not in the vehicle. Several additional suspects have been
arrested on suspicion of aiding the cell.

The cell commander was Raeb Ahmed Muhammad Alivi, born in 1978, and active
in Hamas's military wing. He recruited the members of the cell, instructed
them and provided them with weapons

    Members of the cell included:

Yehye Muhammad Naif Abdallah Haj Hamed, born in 1991, a resident of Nablus.
A Hamas member, he carried out the shooting in this attack and has been
    active in others.

Samir Zahir Ibrahim Kusa, born in 1982, a resident of Nablus. A Hamas
member, he drove the attacking vehicle.

Kerem Lutfy Fathi Razek, born in 1992, a resident of Nablus. A Hamas member,
he set out on the attack armed with a pistol but was mistakenly wounded by
his colleague during the carrying out of the attack.

Zid Ziad Jamil Amar, born in 1989, a resident of Nablus. A Hamas member, he
    checked the route.

Cell members said that on the evening of the attack, two of them traveled on
the route and selected the point from which they would open fire. Afterwards
they collected the other members, one of which checked the route. Upon
hearing that the route was clear, the cell set out, identified the Henkins'
vehicle and opened fire. After the Henkins' vehicle stopped, two cell
members left their vehicle and fired again from very close range.

During the shooting, one of the cell members was accidentally shot by one of
his colleagues and dropped his pistol, which was left at the scene and found
by Israeli forces. After carrying out the shooing, the terrorists fled
    toward Nablus.

The cell members also said that they had been involved in two shooting
attacks in recent weeks, neither of which resulted in casualties, including
the 30 August attack near the entrance to Kedumim.

The investigation of the cell members is continuing.

    Statement by PM Netanyahu
(Communicated by the Prime Minister's Media Adviser)

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, this evening (Monday, 5 October 2015),
    made the following statement:

"I would like to commend the ISA personnel who solved the terrible murder of
the Henkins near Nablus. They acted very quickly and also apprehended the
murderers. We are acting with a strong hand against terrorism and against
inciters. We are operating on all fronts. We have brought an additional four
IDF battalions into Judea and Samaria, and thousands of police into
Jerusalem. The police are going deeply into the Arab neighborhoods, which
has not been done in the past. We will demolish terrorists' homes. We are
allowing our forces to take strong action against those who throw rocks and
firebombs. This is necessary in order to safeguard the security of Israeli
citizens on the roads and everywhere. We are not prepared to give immunity
to any rioter, inciter or terrorist anywhere; therefore, there are no
restrictions on the action of our security forces. We will also lift
restrictions regarding action against inciters. We will act against the
Islamic Movement which, together with Hamas and the Palestinian Authority,
is the main source of incitement.

I would like to thank the personnel of the IDF, Border Police, Israel Police
and the ISA who have been working around the clock for our security; they
are doing excellent work. They have full backing from me and from the
government. We are in a difficult struggle but one thing should be clear –
we will win. Just as we defeated previous waves of terrorism, we will defeat
    this one as well."

Can we expect any news of arrests in the murders of 18 month old Ali Dawabsheh, his father, Saad, and mother, Reham, and the severe burning of his four-year old brother, Ali, whose home was firebombed 38 days ago, I wonder.

There is no proof of Israelis sneaking in the center of Duma.
So there will not be any arrest... Ali Dawabsheh was in a <Clan Clash> before the case was brought in the front page.

Check all your posts... none are regular for they ALL drip of animus against the Jews!

Evidence has been provided you chose to ignore it.

Duma is also by Nablus. Both Yitzhar and Itamar settlements are near Nablus and are known for being extreme with both settlements as mentioned before in Jerusalem fund report as most common attacking settlements in Nablus region. Chief rabbi for Itamar's yeshiva was former chief rabbi for Israeli miltiary from 2006-210 as noted before
Another leaflet informed soldiers that cruelty is sometimes a "good attribute" and that all Palestinians were their enemy. Another asked: "Is it possible to compare today's Palestinians to the Philistines of the past? And if so, is it possible to apply lessons today from the military tactics(in the bible Israelite committed acts of genocide against Philistines as commanded by God) of Samson and David?" It concluded: "A comparison is possible because the Philistines of the past were not natives and had invaded from a foreign land ... They invaded the Land of Israel, a land that did not belong to them and claimed political ownership over our country ... Today the problem is the same." Chief rabbi for Yitzhar's yeshiva co-authorized King's Torah which calls for non Jews including children to be killed.

Why are you shocked that extremist settlers would have done this when they have killed Palestinians before, firebombed their homes and property before, when religious leaders for settlements in that area say it's okay to kill non Jews including children,?

It's not hearsay, hearsay means from someone that wasn't there, this is according to residents at Duma where the home was firebombed, The residents assumed they were settlers attacking since they have attacked with wearing masks before and were reported by witnesses fleeing towards direction of a settlement. This isn't the first time extremist settlers have killed as noted before between 2004-2011 settlers killed 24 Arabs either through shootings or vehicular attack. As noted before in the past three years nine Arab homes have been set on fire. Your country's army also says this is unequivocally an act of Jewish terrorism. As mentioned before Nablus is region with extremist settlements like Itamar and Yitzhar with their religious leaders saying it's okay to kill non Jews including children. Doesn't it concern you have communities in the West Bank whose religious leaders say this and are known for attacking Arabs(roughly 399 attacks for 2009-2013 each year 93 of them in which Arabs were injured and 306 where property was damaged four times the rate since UNOCHA(UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs) started monitoring this in 2006 with 24 Arabs killed by settlers between 2004-2011), that in cases like Kiryat Arba openly venerate Meir Kahane and Baruch Goldstein communities that would not be tolerated in Israel within green lines? Does it concern you that Dov Lior chief rabbi for Kiryat Arba's yeshiva in a rabbinical ruling said that Baruch Goldstein who massacred 29 Arabs is holier than victims of the holocaust?

This wasn't Takyiah. Again even your country's army says it was unequivocally an act of Jewish terrorism. You never answered my question about settlements like Itamar, Yitzhar, and Kiryat Arba(by your silence you approve of communities led by people who don't see a problem killing non Jews including children? , by your silence you approve of communities where Meir Kahane and Baruch Goldstein is venerated where Baruch Goldstein someone that massacred 29 Arabs holier than victims of the holoacust?)
