Congressman Elija Cummings, the superior human amongst his corrupt conboi colleagues, has discovered Condi and Colin are guilty of similar email issues as the very hated Hillary has been crucified over. no doubt the obsessed never right will doggedly get to the bottom of this no matter how long it takes, how much money it costs, or further irreparably divides the country, because they really care and just want the rule of law and justice to command the day.

The federal courts will not allow a "he did it, and/or she did also" defense so what now. Are we going to indict Rice and Powell also ? Will we have to execute all three, after a fair trial of course.

Yes. Of course. Clinton only had a few emails on her private server that were unclassified at one time, and then changed to "maybe classified".

Yea, Cummings is heading the right direction all right. He's asked John Kerry, who himself sent "now classified info" to Clinton via her private server....to look into it! Oh man....this oughta be good.
And how about Pelosi's response; "Let's have a discussion of ideas and not politics of personal destruction".... Oh man...here we go, Clinton's not even the nominee yet and they're already using her 90's political playbook to fend off accountability for her misdeeds. And who better to lead the way than Nancy "plastic face" Pelosi! Hell, maybe Clinton will tap her for VP! Never know. Hell'va team right there.

It doesn't take a partisan to know there's nothing even remotely equitable between what HRC did and what was pointed out in that article for Colin and Rice. Not in scope. Not in coverup. Not in FBI investigation. Not in classification level. You have, literally, nothing. Hence the reason there is no investigation of either of them and the only ones who brought it up in the last dozen years are conspicuously using it to defend HRC.

You're going to need a bigger shield. And a less hilariously ironic name.

In a statement to ABC News, a representative for Rice reiterated that the Secretary never used a private email account of her own during her tenure. The statement said the emails in question were sent to her assistant and covered diplomatic conversations, not intelligence information.

Powell issued a strong rebuke of his own, explaining first that the messages originated with two U.S. ambassadors and were forwarded to him from his executive assistant.

"I have reviewed the messages and I do not see what makes them classified," Powell said in a statement to ABC News. "The Ambassadors did not believe the contents were Confidential at the time and they were sent as unclassified. That is a fact. While they have not yet clarified this point, the State Department cannot now say they were classified then because they weren’t. If the Department wishes to say a dozen years later they should have been classified that is an opinion of the Department that I do not share."

 

did they make their own private server protected by their team of techs and lawyers to make sure only they had access to the info and not any foi requests? because that is my main issue with hillary.

 

Colin Powell wrote about this in his book. Except he and Condi did not use personal unsecure SERVERS!!! All these e-mails were also turned over as required by law.
