Have you had the experience of not agreeing with a publication but still finding yourself reading it? If the Huffpo going too far in editorializing when reporting straight news stories? How complicated are love/hate relationships?

It's no secret that the editors of The Huffington Post have a certain level of disdain for Donald Trump's Republican presidential candidacy.

Trump claims the feeling is mutual. "Mr. Trump has never been a fan of Arianna Huffington or the money-losing Huffington Post," his campaign once said in a press release. "Mr. Trump is not focused on being covered by a glorified blog."

But the evidence suggests that Trump is quite interested in HuffPost's coverage of the Republican race.

Trump was reading The Huffington Post as recently as Tuesday. He posted the proof -- a photo of him gazing grumpily over a printout of an article I wrote early that day -- to Facebook.

Then, at a campaign event in New Hampshire on Wednesday morning where he called for a do-over of the Iowa caucus, he was spotted holding the chart from the story, created by HuffPost's Hilary Fung.

Trump's one-sided, not-so-secret love affair with The Huffington Post has existed for a while. Over the summer, he began referencing HuffPost Pollster, which aggregates all publicly available polls, in his tweets.

In late July, The Huffington Post decided it was time to move coverage of Trump's campaign to our Entertainment section to underscore his lack of legitimacy. Trump quickly shot back, calling The Huffington Post, a "clown show."

But his grudge didn't last long. He was soon at it again -- visiting our site and sharing our content.

In addition to tweeting our content, Trump has personally sent "fan" mail to our reporters, taking the time to print their stories, write personalized notes and send them in the mail.

More recently, The Huffington Post has doubled down on reminding our readers of Trump's ridiculous rhetoric and even more outrageous policy proposals by including an editor's note at the bottom of each story about him.

The recent pictures, however, show that no matter what we do, Trump just can't stop reading us.

Note to our readers: Donald Trump is a serial liar, rampant xenophobe, racist, misogynist, birther and bully who has repeatedly pledged to ban all Muslims -- 1.6 billion members of an entire religion -- from entering the U.S.

The Huffington Post is a lying hack rag significantly below the National Inquirer in accuracy, bizarre claims and conspiracy theories.
