Hello forum. I'm a 40 something, progressive, feminist, bi-ethnic, hard-working female with dual citizenship....born in the US but also with Canadian citizenship. I'd like to see Bernie Sanders do well although I won't mind if Hillary gets the nomination either. My very large family and I will both be donating and working to help the campaign of whatever Democrat gets the nomination in Ohio, like we do every election. Looking forward to reading all the posts.

I am glad you are on board and I look forward to a respectful and civil clash of ideas with you and even finding some middle grounds we can agree upon, although that is a whole lot less fun. Other than a (D) behind their names, aren't Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton pretty far apart from each other politically, ethically, and in world views? Not that I want to open a clash on your opening thread. I am glad you are with us and I look forward to reading your posts.
The last progressive feminist Canadian on the forum was in 1992. Fortunately burning people at the stake was outlawed after that "incident".
