Looks like an open and shut DP case to me. If they don't have that available, life in prison w/o parole.
this happened over 2 years ago, why is the op posting it now? the guy who got punched assaulted the other guy, the other guy was defending himself against someone who was harrassing him.

Either cops are fit and professionally trained individuals capable of dealing with some amount of danger, or they are shrinking violets who shouldn't be paid to face any danger at all. Bootlickers seem to want it both ways. They fetishize cops as heroes, and then demand those cowards be allowed to kill anyone who looks at them funny.
I should know better by now than to take a video and accept it at face value. Now I want to retract my reaction in here.
well i was exaggerating a lil bit just to get the point across. the man who died (was an asperger known for his violent outburts) was refusing to let a cyclist get past him on the sidewalk, he stood in front of the bike and insisted the man get off the bike, thats when he was punched and unfortunately hit his head on the curb. the guy got 4 years, it happened 2 years ago.
the presenter in the video is a moron, unless he also thinks EVERY cop who killed an unarmed black person should be in prison for murder. he has double standards based on his white tribalism
