Kensington Palace said the duke was not talking about the EU. This speech was not about Europe, a palace spokesman said. He does not mention the word Europe once. 'Back-pedalling like (*)(*)(*)(*)' or what? Of course it was about bloody Europe. It's a measure of their contempt for us plebs that they actually expect us to believe that it wasn't about Europe, then they compound it by expecting us to believe the rectification.
