    Thank goodness I switched to Truv[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]í[/FONT][FONT=Times New Roman, serif]a some time ago. Of course, this is just one more of those studies that come out of nowhere to tell us that everything we're eating is going to kill us. And, how often do we soon after get yet another study telling us that the first study was flawed and it won't hurt us?     You really are better off not using any sweetners, use a low GI sugar moderately instead, some of them also have Aspartame in them, long term use can cause permanent brain damage. Same goes for sugar free drinks and foods, why are they sweet? because they add artificial sweeteners, better off eating the sugar in moderation and exercising than consuming sweetners over the long term.
