Oils, anyone?

    I've gotten an oil press recently and am loving it so far. I mostly just press oils out of sunflower seeds. The type of seeds I use seems to result in very different oils though, the most recent seeds are releasing a very cloudy oil. It tastes real good though.

    Let the oil settle then draw off the top.

    Though I think you could also just rig up a coffee filter for the press.

    Just don't set the place on fire! Maybe some sort of fine metallic screen?...

    Interesting. Those presses are too expensive to make me want to try it though.
