Third, even if it was the case- they made the right decision not to spread over the clouds away from the catastrophe, to localize it. But still Brjansk area was polluted.

I tell you again Litwin, why Russia has to pay anything? Station was in Ukraine. It was serviced by Ukranians and one the reasons for the catastrophe were mistakes done by the local service people. Finally, it was built solely for use in Ukraine. What Russia has to do with it? Why not Ukraine has to pay for this? Or maybe Kyrgyzstan? You logic is strange.
