I'm quite certain this politicized appeal by the mother of the man who Hillary Clinton refused to protect by actually cutting security at Benghazi when an increase in protection was requested several times will be ignored, as it should be. Christopher Stevens was stabbed in the back by Hillary Clinton's State Department and now the mother and sister of Stevens have come out defending Clinton as an inexplicable slap in the face to their dead family member.
More questions need answering. Not less. And more accountability and less politicized posturing is needed too.

The country needs answers no matter what this outlier parent says.

Hillary Clinton is the main reason Christopher Stevens in not alive today. She cut security to Benghazi when Ambassador Stevens requested more of it
and she employed an Al Qaeda affiliate group as security there, which is like letting the Mafia guard the money at the bank.

The Obama administration made his death political when they lied to the American people. She may not like his name being used to indict the incompetence that got him killed but Trump didn't make it political.

You are right that the Secretary of State follows the advice of security advisers however you should also know that all department heads, from the president on down, are responsible for the bad as well as the good that occurs on their watch. Passing the buck is not a luxury the American people allow, quite wisely (especially when they are dishonest and evasive about their own accountability).

In this case it was a well known fact that Benghazi was a cesspool of terrorism in Libya and our outpost there had been the target of several small bombings and terrorist events leading up to the actual attack itself (the basis for increased security requests from Ambassador Stevens). Furthermore, prior to that fatal attack other well known entities in Benghazi (the Red Cross and the British) had packed up, closed shop and left town as a reaction to the deteriorating
security situation there. This was also well known news.

If Hillary Clinton did not take note of the warning signs all around her and ignored our security problems there (indeed, she decreased it) then who is to blame if not the head of the State Department itself? She bears ultimate responsibility whether you want to hear that or not.
