It's not that he does, or doesn't care about them in general. It's the fact that the Palestinians have so much hatred toward Israel, and harbor terrorism in schools and hospitals...even playgrounds. It's a VERY tough war to fight for Israel because the Palestinian citizens would rather hide the actual terrorists rather than turn against them. Now, that's not all Palestinians of course. Just generally speaking there are more that harbor Hamas and their proxies than those that stand up against them.
