Since we're getting a daily dose of the old "Republicans are all racists" nonsense I thought I'd make a thread to balance out that conspiracy theory hysteria with some cold hard truths.

First up a nice piece from the AmericanThinker which points out that the so called "racist" Republican party was actually the party that saw not one, not two, but the first seven Blacks elected to Congress. The author notes that, as you might expect, all these names are absent from standard leftists revision history books. Gee why is that? And of course the author lets us all remember that it was Republicans and not Democrats that opposed and ended slavery. If Democrats had their way Blacks would still be "back in dem chains", right Joe?

Moving on here's a section of a great piece commenting on the permanent underclass. A Democrat creation designed to keep Blacks and other minorities in poverty, thus under control, and to be herded into polls by carrot of free stuff only ever being giving enough to meek out an existence and always kept on leash through promise and ignorant rage invoking.

(oh the piece is actually a good read as well it details the long history of Democrat racism, check it out)

We'll conclude with some remarks from the Clintons, Democrat party overlords, and some fun videos of Hillary being racist, engaging in racism, or having her racism called out.

The plain fact remains that the democrat party invented the KKK after the civil war. They also tried to prevent the passage of the civil rights bill, and the voting rights bill. Democrats tell huge lies about all of this, and no way want to admit it is absolute fact.

You think guilty by association makes a good argument?
Because IMHO it's more about the people here and now and who is associated with who.
And it's rather obvious them slave flag waving gimps mostly are backing up Trump,
for his comments about immigrants. And he means Mexican immigrants,.. people who aint white,
not people like his white east European botox (*)(*)(*)(*)(*) who immigrated to the US with her fake education.

Funny how the media portrays Mexicans as white when one shoots a black guy but now all of a sudden they're brown. I also find it interesting that the left cannot discern the difference between immigrant and illegal immigrant. Is this an issue with poor education?

Oh the left can spot the difference. They just note that in the speeches of the right wingers there is no difference to be made. As for level of education, I'll be referring you to the Trump academy and the education of Trumps imported wife.

You are right, the right represents all people not just special victim groups. The Democrat party is tearing the country apart with its racial identity politics.

Last time I checked it's the GOP who is being torn up by it's own members.

Yes, Trump has upset the political elitist apple cart. At least the elitists are still in charge in the Democrat party.

Nah, those were just racists. You don't think Obama being voted the most liberal Senator had anything to do with it? Nah, those were just racists.

Somehow the left still thinks illegal and terrorists are racial terms.

And Trump has far more experience in leading and succeeding on a huge scale than Obama did by a huge margin does he not. And his is a record of success while Obama's now record has been of total failure.

Somehow the right doesn't notice Trump is married to an immigrant, and his mother is an immigrant too.
So if that guy is so against immigrants, he can start deporting his family first.
But it's obvious that his remarks are only directed to Mexicans.
Hence it's racist. Something the right still hasn't figured out.

The main thing about the racist history of the Democratic party is that unlike the Trumpist Republicans, it's not the present.

He's been in the white house for 8 years and he's still not experienced enough.

Still waiting for my hope and change. Or was it "racially divide"? I can't remember his slogans.

The right hasn't figured out that illegal means legal. Liberal logic 101.

Racist Democrats were populist progressive central statist tax and spend chicken in every pot redistributionists... just plain old garden variety Democrats... not some secret squirrel "conservatives," a crackpot claim that has been debunked numerous times here. "Conservative" is useful shorthand in the NOW and only in the NOW to distinguish political campaigns, rapidly loses usefulness in the remoteness of time. In many ways, due to different times and different mores, ALL Americans were conservative compared to the present, so trying to cordone off the "bad Democrat racists as conservatives" is a very easy to dispel fallacy.
