Don't know; don't know; and not technically. It was suspended for not taking her required MCLE's. I suppose in their she could take a bunch and be reinstated, but I doubt she will get them done before her massive stroke.

It's common knowledge she failed the DC bar. It's also common knowledge bj Billy's law license was suspended & he was disbarred from arguing cases before the SCOTUS because he perjured himself. It's also common knowledge Hilllary lied about Benghazi and lied to the face of the victims families and orchestrated threats to women abused by bj Billy.. But, the real question is, do liberals care?

Your link #2 is 404. Your link #1 refers to the flawed methodology I posted about prior. The more reasonable conclusion from Pepperdine prof's "regression" (not study) is that Arkansas law schools do a particularly poor job of preparing their students to take the Arkansas bar, not that it is more objectively difficult. If you want an accurate estimate of comparative bar exam difficulty, the best way I can think of would be taking the average MBE score in a state (the standard multiple choice part of the exam that all students take) and then creating a ratio of adjusted score on the MBE (adjusted because there are different versions of the MBE) to adjusted score on the state specific sections of the exam. The lower the state specific score in relation to the MBE score, the more generally difficult the exam. No idea why Pepperdine guy did it in the flawed way he did, nor of what axe he is grinding by doing so. With law school professors these days, though, there is usually an axe to grind.
