IMO. it's too early for this sort of story to be appearing. However, nearly all the polls, especially the state by state races are pointing in that direction.

The Clintons are too savvy and too experienced in campaigning to leave anthing to chance. And the campaign has deliberately sought to underplay predictions like this one.

    NOne the less:

Clinton knows that overconfidence will kill an election as surely as a badly run campaign will.

She has plenty of money, a very very strong ground game, and good data.

Donald Trump is largely reduced to going around and hosting rallies now. Blowviation and free media is pretty much all there is to his campaign.

So, while conservatives and the press whine about Clinton not making splashy appearances, her troops are in the trenches closing the deal, with no one from the Trump world in sight.

This makes you happy? It should make any American who wants a corruption free government cry.

So I'll ask this question again: Without mentioning Trump's name, why would anyone vote for Clinton? What has she done to deserve it?

Nothing. Hillary is the most corrupt politician nationally in my adult life. The problem is she's running against the most immoral and incoherent pos that has ever run for President. Neither will do anything good for this country.

If she wins, she most likely stole it just like she did the primary

Because she is a much, much, much, much, much better choice than the empty suit she is running against.

(No mention of any names there.)

Is it her pro war or pro selling out America that draws you to her?

She has to wear multiple layers of makeup in order to appear in public in front of a half full school gymnasium. I really don't think she would be a good leader Trump would be a much stronger leader.

So, I guess we are all witnessing the new and 'modern' way of how democratic candidates are supposed to run for office.

This is how her "soldiers" are propelling her. Unlike Trump, Hillary has a well-detailed campaign pitch. Depending on who the volunteer people talk to: Be it the elderly, be it the young, be it those with insurance, etc. Hillary has something for everyone.

All Trump has is "the wall". Hillary simply has more selling points. An election is a popularity contest, and Hillary can make more promises.

What draws me to her is the fact that I see her as an intelligent, competent, capable person who has the strengths needed to be a good president and leader.

    Thank you for asking, Habana.

    There will be no overconfidence.

But, yeah. It's in the bag.

Throw in that Trump's campaign organization....is a joke.

    He has ONE...uno.....campaign office..........................IN FLORIDA.

Clinton will have FIFTY open this week. And likely increase that depending on the FL polls.

    I think these Democrat/Progressives can't decide.

She is all pro-war, and a strong Wall St supporter. But then an hour later, Hitlery will start one of her BLM, all immigrants acts to assure those minority votes. (And she'll never claim that "All lives matter" again like she did last year)

    True.

But, if I was to bet:

I would bet that Clinton is closer to 350 than 318.

The majority of polls that show her ahead over sampled Democrats by at least 6 to 8 points.

If you or her advisors are basing your opinion on those biased polls, then more power to ya!

Can't wait for the Hillary landslide, it's going to make the McGovern and Dukakis landslides pale in comparison.

The presidency is honestly over and a formality at this point. What's really more at play, is the Congressional races. And if the Repubs were smart, they'd drop Trump and promote a message of working with Hillary Clinton and appealing to the need for Congressional checks and balances.

It'll depend on HOW badly Trump screws up in the Debates. The first "town hall" one will be easy for him (relatively) as he won't face Clinton directly.

But remember, he's had ZERO experience with one-on-one debates from the Primaries (Trump typically could hide behind the other 14-9-7 guys on stage).....

while MOST of her Primary debates were one-on-one against Sanders.

Or the "Romney Landslide" that Rush Limbaugh predicted???

    - - - Updated - - -

Given Trump's flip-flopped on his "softening" flip-flop...and is back to pandering to "his Primary audience"....and thus dooming the GOP with Hispanic voters?

I'd say that will accelerate over the next few weeks....more so after the Debates.

    Oh, of course.

His Tourette's-like parroting to deflect every substantive policy question to "Emails, rigged, DNC, Benghazi" will get old after 5 minutes.

Stole the primary? Steal the election? Hmm... These are dangerous things to say if you value your democracy...
Although I guess Trump supporters don't actually care too much about democracy.

Yes stole, rigged, fixed whichever word you prefer. The only danger is ignoring her crimes. But then Clintoncrats don't care about laws.

Yelling and screaming and insult-flinging at a "debate" might work to woo rightwing voters....but it won't work with mainstream America.

And if Trump tries to be serious and act like he's iniformed and well-versed with the facts?...that fails-

    A. He can't pull it off. Clinton will press him on "elaborate on ____, Donald. Tell us more." And he won't have any more than a simplistic Hannity-level talking point.

    B. His supporters will get bored. They WANT the screaming and insult-flinging. They'll HATE "low energy Don" :)

They're ALREADY making excuses for Trump losing....HE is doing it too. "rigged elections".

On other threads we've seen the usual excuse of "If Trump loses, it'll be because of the Liberal Media!!! (quoting Trump :) )"....and even paranoid conspiracy theories "The DHS will rig the election to give it to Hillary!!!!"

Sub-text? The Right is ALREADY preparing for Trump to lose...and to declare the election "illegitimate".....as they always do when they lose. :)

    See above.
