The jump tried in 1974 by Evel Kanievel was achieved today by Hollywood stuntman, Eddie Braun. Hell of a jump...hell of a machine. Story and video of the jump here: http://newatlas.com/eddie-braun-rocket-bike-jump-snake-river-knievel/45477/
Sort of nothing really. How would this be any different that going over it with a motor hang glider and once over it pulling a ballistic parachute and floating down. JUMPING involves landing on wheels and keep going - not flying over and then parachuting down. Seriously, could a person fly over the Atlantic in a small aircraft and then float it down with a large ballistic parachute pack rather than landing on its wheels - and then declare he had "jumped over the Atlantic ocean?"
Yeah...yer right. Absolutely nothing. YOU could do it. YOU have the balls to do it. Okay...I see what you mean.
