Aali Shafi since many years has been active on addressing the civic issues facing the common people. He is of the view that it is these issues which concern the general public the most.Unfortunately resolution of themis not a priority for the municipalities and the public also do not stand up for their rights. It is in the background that he has been working with various municipalities and NGO's to address the issues. Recently he has been writing on a self-developed forum called Pakistan Civic Forum (PCF) to highlight the core issues which contribute towards this disarray and the way forward. It is also to be note that PCF is a non-profit, non-political, non-religious forum to identify the root causes facing Pakistan so as to set the correction momentum rolling.
