Just finished reading it recently. I thought it was an excellent book, my family comes from Kentucky and Ohio and I really saw the similarities in culture in my own upbringing. Anyone else had a chance to read this yet?
Nope. Never heard of it before. I will keep an eye out for it used on Amazon. I don't buy new books anymore as an act of civil disobedience for the backdooring I took at the college bookstore too many times.
