This is a story about choice. Health for those such as me whom have enjoyed a long very healthy life, with one brief bout with open heart surgery and a stint with surgery to have a gall stone removed, my life has been loaded with great health. Even type 2 diabetes has not slowed me down. This following video will last 13 minutes. I felt it was among the best 13 minutes of my life I spent. I want to share this with you since when it was going on, I felt so bad for the girl in the story. I recall her having to leave CA and how bad I felt for her husband and family she left behind.
