So lets see, with Trump they all lied.
Women from all across the U.S. conspired to lie.
They all somehow formed a vast left wing conspiracy to lie

With Trump its always, I Will SUE!!

"Every woman lied when they came forward to hurt my campaign," Trump said during remarks in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. "Total fabrication. The events never happened. Never. All of these liars will be sued after the election is over."

    He needs mental therapy

So lets see, with Bill Clinton they all lied.
Women from all across the U.S. conspired to lie.
They all somehow formed a vast right wing conspiracy to lie

Of course ol' Bill got impeached and lost the right to practice law and ended up paying one woman 850,000 dollars rather than have her take his AND Hillary's rumps to court.

Why did you change the topic of this thread?

PS: Bubba is not running for POTUS and the topic of this thread is Trump.

Try to stay focused on the thread topic since the rules say to stay on topic with replies

    Thanks!

    ;)

he should if those women made up those allegations and he can prove they did so with malice intent like trying to hurt his chances to become president he will win
and those women don't have deep pockets so they will make a deal and expose that they was put up to do so by the Clinton campaign

First he molests them, then sues them. gets countersued for a billion $, then he's selling pencils on the street corner. Sounds like a plan.

now these women have a chance in a court of law to prove that he did sexually assault them and it also gives them a chance to counter sue if their allegations aren't false

so if you are so sure their allegations aren't false you should be welcoming the law suit it will show the public their allegations are in fact true and they will get compensated from Trump for his behavior

Exactly. Suing them opens Trump up to discovery, so if he is guilty, that probably isn't a smart move. Also, I noticed that when he accused Hillary to her face of planting all these folks, that she didn't deny it. Court is absolutely the right place to sort this out.

Well isn't that what these women should do?

    - - - Updated - - -

So he'll lie and get others to lie on his behalf, that does not disqualify someone from being President anymore.

    The title Clinton created?

Good for him. I hope he does sue them. Accusing someone of a crime is called "slander per se" - meaning it is assumed to be both false and of deliberate malicious intent. This shifts the burden of proof to the person making the accusation - meaning each woman has the burden of proof to prove her claim. If it just she says - he says - she loses. Because it is also considered to be deliberately malicious, no actual damages have to proven and the Plaintiff still recovers punitive damages. Plus the women have to pay their attorneys' fees.

Trump loves suing women almost as much as he loves abusing them

Trump will win all of these cases. Dems are willing to pay the price in the hopes of temporarily swaying the public. But it just goes to show you how truly dirty the Clintons are. Travelgate: Hillary was First Lady for little over four months when she fired those people; enriching herself - the public and American office be damned - is her modus operandi. If not for "born in America," we'd label her a foreign agent. And we may yet. (Of little consequence to the anti-Americans and globalists.)

sure these women would counter sue, so I doubt Trump will be stupid enough to do that to his accusers

No, they can't OTHER than claim legal fees for a frivolous lawsuit. The burden of proof would strictly be on each woman as their statements are slander per se.

If I accuse you of a crime, if you can't PROVE it I win. It is that simple. If the conclusion is the jury doesn't know who to believe, I win. The accuser of a CRIME MUST prove the crime. However, as for the actual act, if the statute of limitations is over there is no lawsuit. Because the women made the accusation this year, of course suing for slander per se is still timely. He could not sue them for saying this if they had only said it way back when it was claimed to have happened.

    Wholeheartedly agree.

And by the way, court is also the place that should be looked to to sort out what happened with a certain private email server. Unfortunately, we won't ever see that case brought if Hillary is elected president. But if Trump gets elected? (Wait, I just offered a compelling argument for why electing Trump might be a good thing. Completely unintended, I assure you...).

Counter sue for what? All claimed incidents themselves are way past the statute of limitations.

only if he knows beyond any reasonable doubt he didn't do what they claim he did, but that thought never crossed your mind now did it you just blindly accepted their accusations with them having no collaborating evidence of their accusations all these so called sexual assaults in public and no witnesses and the witness that has come forward says the women was lying the one on the plane

Anyways you should welcome the law suit now these women have a chance in a court of law to prove that he did sexually assault them and it also gives them a chance to counter sue if their allegations aren't false

so if you are so sure their allegations aren't false you should be welcoming the law suit it will show the public their allegations are in fact true and they will get compensated from Trump for his behavior

sure they can, it would be up to the jurors to decide to award them or not

that tape is strong evidence as well as the multiple claims by almost a dozen women

Trump can no more prove they are liars, then they can prove he is a sexual abuser, it's a he said she said...

civil court does not require the same proof as criminal court... that is why the rich can use civil courts to harass those without as much resources

Donald is inviting these cases if he tries to sue them imo, though personally I doubt he will try to sue them as I am sure he wants this to go away

LOL, that Tom Herman Cain was on Shawn Hannity's show this week crying about how the same thing was done to him. Herman still hasn't explained to us how is it a local reporter had the woman's cellphone and called his cellphone and he said, "hey babe". Now who answers the phone with "hey babe".
