Is Obama setting the country up before leaving office?

Towards the end of the Clinton Administration, an FBI Agent was investigating reports of Arabs enrolling in flight schools. All of them were in this country on school visas. What made these students stand out is that they were not interested in learning how to land the plane. All they wanted to know was how to take off, and how to control the plane in the air. After the officer submitted his initial report, he was pulled off the investigation. Those flight school students are the ones that staged the 9/11 attacks. ( For the record: I am not saying that knew what the intentions of the attacker were. Only that, if the FBI agent had been allowed to continue, then they attack might have been prevented.)

Now at the end of the Obama Administration, we are facing another potential threat. This one comes in the form of nearly 2500 refugees that were rejected by the Australians. These refugees come from "Iran, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Somalia, Iraq and Sudan, as well as some deemed “stateless.” You get that? Some of them we don't even know where they actually came from. So, how can they be vetted? When members of Congress attempted to get more information on them, they were told it was classified.

Just this week, we had a Somali refugee stage a terror attack at Ohio State University. Do we really need to bring more potential terrorists to this country? Why are we accepting refugees that have been rejected elsewhere, and why is to Obama refusing to provide any information on who these people are?

 

Of course he is. He's setting the country up for more terrorist attacks, and he knows this. It's his agenda, and has been his agenda since day one.

If left up to democrats, we wouldn't even have national borders.

The actual facts of the matter, that the only reasons we would classify info about such people would be because they had given us valuable intelligence and their lives were now in danger never even enters the minds of most conservatives, despite the fact that one such gave us the info that led to bin Laden (but I forget, bin Laden, the murderer of 3000 innocent American citizens, wasn't important any more, Bush had said so.)

And so paranoid fantasies that would be out of place in most mental institutions are the reason we will not get valuable intelligence any more from foreigners who know that we won't protect our informants. Our intelligence operatives in the field thank you, conservatives

 

He's been freeing known terrorists back onto battlefields and the US since he got into office.

These guys are just making excuses in advance in case Trump and his national security team dick the deal like Bush/Cheney did. However it appears that Trump's national security team is at least headed by some military experts instead of chicken hawk draft dodgers and war profiteering ex oil execs like Cheney/Bush. If we all of a sudden get attacked "bigly" here at home then Trump and company start another shooting war, we will know that we have been conned again.

 

I now confidently predict that one of our 'usual suspects' will retort, 'Well they're not all terrorists.'

 

I love how the left-wingers try to make a case by distorting the facts. First, a refugee by definition is someone that flees their home because of war or percussion. It not title is not reserved for those that provide information on ISIS. Second, the individual that provided information on the whereabouts of Osama bin Laden was Dr. Shakil Afridi. He was not a refugee. As a matter of fact, he has never even left Pakistan. Shortly after the raid on bin Laden's compound, the good Doctor was arrested by the Pakistani Government, and sentenced to 33 years in prison. As a response, the Congress removed $33 million from their aide package.

As I stated in the OP, just this week a Somali refugee staged a terrorist attack at OSU. Maybe you would like to take a trip to Ohio, and tell them that they weren't really attacked. Their just suffering from a case of paranoia. If only 1% of these refugees are, or becomes, radicalized we are talking about 25 potential terrorist attacks. The Obama Administration plans to bring in 110,000 refugees this year. Add that to the 125,000 that they brought over the last two years. That's 235,000 refugees. Again, if only 1% is, or becomes, radicalized then were looking at about 2350 potential attacks. I personally think the risk is far too great.

There is also an old saying that says, "just because your paranoid doesn't mean little green men aren't trying to castrate you with machetes."

Obama is definitely setting the country and Trump's administration up for a major recession. Others will have to pay for his disastrous economic policies and the massive debt he incurred. Terrorism is a side issue. However it has got to be said that liberals seem to completely lost their minds by persistently refusing to acknowledge the threat. They continue shooting themselves in the foot. Keep it up.

That is not what stateless means. It means that they are an ethnic or religious minority without a home state. The Kurds, for example, are stateless. Uyghurs are stateless.

According to reality, the reason these folks are not being allowed into Australia is Australia has a policy of not accepting folks that come by boat, not due to whom they are or why they are from. The intent of that is to stop human trafficking.
