They seem to have no problem bagging on white guys, stereotyping them or otherwise insulting the living crap out them all to promote....errr...ummmm.....I don't know, but they can't be trying to end racism because the video itself is racist. They're promoting tension between races. This is standard cultural Marxism and "conflict theory" tactics. Here's the President of MTV. The picture says a lot, to me anyway. They think they own "women" in general, and include white women (who preferred Trump to Clinton in the last election, as well as Romney in the previous election), because if they were to attack any group of women, it would conflict on their "war on women" narrative.
So you wouldn't mind a video being created that starts "hey black guys", telling them what they need to do in order to be better in 2017?
There's this show on MTV with a panel of black people (I cannot click your link so you may have posted what I'm talking about) and all they do is sit around and talk about how racist cops are, Trump, and white people in general. I was amazed that this blatant bigotry was allowed on MTV. Then again...it's MTV.
They stereotyped an entire group of people based on sex and race? I hate having to side with the racists who usually cry about this type of stuff but that bit was pretty effed up from a social equality standpoint.

The good news is that the only white guys who will like this commercial are white SJW's, who already agree with it. Of course, white guys are not the targeted demographic in this commercial. This was done to influence the opinions of white males in the eyes of non-whites and white women. The left wants white males to be the ultimate villain in society.
This race baiting is typical of the left. The race card is dying. It's only used by establishment has-beens and the tools that worship them. The more the left uses the race card, the more alienated they will become. I'd say every person in that vid is a racist, sexist, bigot, or typical collectivist drones parroting the talking points fed to them by the central nexus. Nobody cares about skin pigmentation. I will notice, however, the irony of someone whining about this video and then using the term "progressive liberal snowflakes" that "run to their safe spaces and/or protests. If you're such a delicate white snowflake that 250 TV channels (or the option of not watching this video) doesn't offer you a big enough safe space. Well, you've got other issues than a video that nobody forced you to watch. Perhaps a white hood and some long flowing garments would provide a greater feeling of security.

Why should they make one when I'm sure most of you would gladly do it on your own. Funny, since a good way to start with social equality would begin with acknowledging those behaviors that they mentioned in the very video. On this forum alone I can't tell you the number of times I've seen people use their "I have a black friend" as an excuse for when they get called out on their racism: I hope no one here thinks having one black friend or knowing a black guy is some sort of epic achievement. Or the judge who let off Brock Turner basically scott-free when in reality he should be riddled with bullets. Or the whole Beyonce halftime show thing that upset people for some unexplained reason. Not to mention that historically speaking, this country was founded on the belief that there's white males, and then everyone else. Blacks, Native Americans, Latinos, Arabs, Jews, Women, etc can tell you that this country's history has been far from what is expected of it.

If global socialism didn't start until the 80's, John Lennon wouldn't have been singing about a world without borders or countries in the 60's and 70's. And the idea has been around a lot longer than that. Except Jews have historically been heavily associated in far left politics. This isn't anything like the few who sided with the Nazis back in WWII.
