After a war, some cities might wan to rebuild quickly, or, if there is a new development that might take a long time, they might want to speed it up, of course. If they were to use a aerosol of liquid cement or an equivalent, they could lay a brick and spray around it quickly to have it 'set' in no time, scraping away the excess cement onto a gavel. this would mean that builders could lay a brick or two then fill a bigger holes with an equivalent of 'liquid wood glue gel,' where there could be a whole wall made of this stuff. Or, they could use something light and easy to carry around, like a few 'clay rocks' or 'clay chunks' to become the bricks, spraying over them with this new cement and then quickly and without becoming overly tired, construct the building, maybe a hundred meters a day for one builder?
The construction trades have been around for thousands of years. Builders know what they are doing. With architects planning and builders building they do wonders.
