I find the lack of a South Park-thread at a political forum quite preposterous and this is why I take the matter in my own hands to now give you PF's only SP-thread. Any discussions, clips or general circlejerking will, from now on, be posted here. Surely, I cannot be the only fan on here?
All time favorite show. I had a SP moment today. I broke the coffee maker. Someone else at work took the blame for some unknown reason. Then I said "I actually broke it". And they kept claiming they did.
While we're at it we'll have a balloon instead of a ball and whoever has the balloon runs as all the other players hug. They'd loooove it. We could call it sarcastaball.
I liked the episode when South Park took on CNN fake news reporting. Mitch, the reporter: “Tom, I’m currently ten miles outside of Beaverton, unable to get inside the town proper. We do not have any reports of fatalities yet, but we believe that the death toll may be in the hundreds of millions. Beaverton has only a population of about 8,000, Tom, so this would be quite devastating.” Tom: “Any word on how the survivors in the town are doing, Mitch?” Mitch: “We’re not sure what’s exactly is going on inside the town of Beaverton, Tom, but we’re reporting that there’s looting, raping and, yes, even acts of cannibalism.” Tom: “My God, you’ve actually seen people looting, raping and eating each other?!” Mitch: “No, no we’ve haven’t actually seen it, Tom. We’re just reporting it.” Clip -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zd0p96miSK8
one of my FAVORITE scenes (one of many) - - - Updated - - - That's the episode I quoted in post number 2 lol! Good taste
I'm pretty sure I was watching CNN when they reported during hurricane Katrina and were reporting that there was looting, raping and cannibalism taking place in New Orleans. CNN is sure into the fake news business.
