The state of the world is one which sees floods in certain areas quite often. it is a state where we cannot merely move the people, as their houses are in certain places, but we could try to get rid of the water.

Previously, i suggested that in the cities they could use fire engines to pump water down the road or into the gutters or out of town, of course, and then there would be less flooding. but, when it comes to severe floods, this is not good enough.

So, how do we fight floods? if there is too much water, then there needs to be something cheap to throw onto the water, something that would nullify or dry the water, maybe? if we were to throw 'certain salts' or water absorbent chemicals into these flooded areas, like from a fire fighting truck spraying it all over the place, then maybe we could fight floods of a greater magnitude?
