In britain at the moment, there is not enough space in hospitals and not enough funding for them. this could be helped by the provision of more funds, but where will they come from?

I was thinking of 'patient insurance.' this could be where the doctor pays for renting the areas they use, basically they would set up a private practice inside their hospital, and, if they make a mistake or something, then they would not be paid for that operation or whatever.

If they make it well, they will just have the charges deducted from their packages. this means, of course, they could buy bulk packages of floor space each year to save money.

But, this is not enough. if we were to observe that the people have less use for service delivery and more of a desire for hospital services, then they could take some funds from service delivery and place them into hospital services. the real issue though is space in hospitals, where they would need either more hospitals, or to clear them quicker.

So, let us observe the idea of increasing the space of hospitals first, by making more buildings hospitals. this could be where they hire old unused buildings close to the hospital, where the doctors can make short quick calls to the patients, and this would see them wheeled out to the new building maybe 'on foot?' this would be rather cheap, and, would charge the patients for a stay they can afford.
