"Many black people who become police officers become blue, not black,” the local organization said Tuesday. “In order for you to survive in a police department, you take on the police department’s ideology, ways of life, and culture.”

 

Because you cant be both police and black right?

They honestly believe that colored people are under fire from the police. Statistics still prove them wrong when viewed in totality. But that doesn't stop them from purposefully misusing them to further an objectively false narrative.

 

And that is very true. It goes for anyone in the police who is not white, Anglo-Saxon male, the dominant type in the police culture. You learn to fit in or you leave.

 

It's leftist propaganda to deflect the real problem of a failure of democrat policies in big cities run by democrats with high crime rates and out of control gang activity.

There is a "protect ones self and each other culture" in the police force.

You literally said cops have their own culture. Ergo, Blacks who become cops are different from other Blacks. The one follows from the other. One does not have to literally say a thing to get one's point across. But then the hard of thinking tend to expect everyone to stop thinking as well.

I volunteer for a police department on a weekly basis. I work around cops all the time. I have no idea what you're talking about.

 

Every work place has a different culture. So no, black cops are not different from any other black person, outside of the work place. You are still objectively wrong.

 

So you admit they are different on the job. That means they are different. Amigo, it is you who are objectively wrong. Try to keep up.
