Do you really believe that Will E. Coyote can survive after being electrocuted to a crisp? No? Then why do you believe that a single hair from your beard can be pulled out so long that multiple blades on your razor can cut it 6 times in one stroke........... just because a cartoon shows you how itÂ’s done?

How about the cartoon that shows how rotary tooth brushes can flick off plaque as easily as blowing dandruff off of a bowling ball?

Let me defend this, since I've had create/direct animation to simply show in just a few seconds what a product is capable of doing=) In short, don't take it literally. If you do, you missed the point, hehe, which I know is hard for some people. It's about the impression. Think about any tech demo trying to sell you their service, a device or piece of tech. It NEVER does what they show you=)

Good. Just the man I wanted to see! Tell me, when they get around to producing the 17-blade razor will the cartoon be aired in lapse time or slow motion?

BTW: The 'impression' of which you speak is called 'false advertising' by honest people, although I am sure the collective conscience of those in the advertising branch have been purge of such cumbersome sentiments and the corporate lawyers are being payed well to see that law-makers are distracted when it's time to sign the appropriate document.

Good man. I use a single-edge safety razor myself. I get a better shave with 3 strokes of that than one stroke with a 6-blade-er. Funny that the multi-blade is suppose to make more than one stroke obsolete.

I know. If, as the ads used to day, 'each blade shaves progressively closer', then why not just use the last one which shaves the closest, and save some steel? I could never figure out the logic there.

Hipsters have beards and wear skinny jeans and safety pins. Not men.

A cartoon is used because zooming into the actual skin at that level is grotesque. It does not pull the hair out, the first blade catches and stretches the hair as the second one cuts closer to the surface and the third one trims the angled stubble left by the second cut. This produces a smoother shave for a SAFETY RAZOR, which reduces nicks and cuts from a straight razor, esp around the curvy parts.

Wile E. Coyote was the super genius of the cartoon world. He still commands the respect of cartoon fans everywhere.

From what I can see, millions of people believe in cartoon science. In fact, many people protest and insist the government do something.

But.......wasn't the very first Global Warming summit cancelled by a blizzard? Cartoons were great............when I was a child.

If I don't shave my wife won't shave. Straight razor and hardwood floors FTW.

He was a great actor too. Even better than Buster Keaton.

If I did not perform the forum creation rules properly then the association between your two points is false.

Slow motion is usually more effective=) False advertising is all around you. Does Comcast deliver good service, hehe? Is a 32BG Iphone really 32GBs? Naaah. Do politicians care about you? Nope!

That's all true. But to discuss those other subjects you'll have to navigate to my other threads entitled:

"Do You Believe in Comcast Delivery Service?"
"Do You Believe the 32BG Iphone is not actually 32GBs in disguise?"
"Do You Believe that politicians Care About You?"

This thread is not the time or place for such extravagant debate.

I believe in cartoon science. I buy everything I need (including "TNT") from Acme.
