His national security team is far from complete, his Dept. of Defense and Dept. of State picks are not complete, and what he doesn't seem to know is that with every transition to a new president, our adversaries test us. N.Korea, Russia, China, and other countries line up to challenge us to see if the new president is up to the task. Trump isn't. http://foreignpolicy.com/2017/01/18/trumps-national-security-team-is-missing-in-action/
Well I'm sure that President Trump will take lefty criticism of his transition teams efforts to heart... Seriously, did you have a point to this? I could say that Obama hasn't done enough to fumigate the white house before leaving, and it would be equally useless opinion.
He was not exposed politically, and still have that limited option of who's who to rely upon. But I could see that he do have that dedication. Obama said "we're okay" he, the people, and that ancient brotherhood will be watching closely.
You seem to be entirely oblivious to the significance of adversaries testing us to find a weakness or opening. It's unprecedented. This has N E V E R happened before. Presidents are always fully staffed and ready to hit the ground running. And that was a foreign policy website, ... -not a Democratic one or liberal one. You're making allowances and excuses for your boy and you're not being smart to do so in this case. - - - Updated - - - But he was never land in the mostly gone what was for it, inside his best man for the job one. ^^stoned?^^
Every president learns from O.J.T. You don't get to play with Monica Lewinsky or try out the Big Read Button just for practice. Once Trump gets the pen and pencils just where he wants them, he'll be fine.
We did put in place a movie actor before but somehow he made it through, I'm still not worried as long as the judiciary and legislative is still functioning.
Yes it's serious. It's not like he has the experience of a community organizer and an absentee junior senate record or anything.
Hmm, Obama is not ready on his last day either. They won't challenge, whether Trump is ready on day one or not, he'll be ready on day 2 or 10 or 20 or 50 and he has long memories and they know he does. Sleep tight sunshine, you'll be safe.
You might want to pick up a copy of Time Magazine. Yes, people in the new Trump administration will be bumping into the walls for a while. Every new presidential administration goes through this. Your most awe inspiring president, Barack Obama, went through it. Get over it, things will be just fine. Two days before the Trump inauguration, we should expect a certain amount of useless opinion. Chalk it up to therapeutic ramblings... Agreed. Yup. When a liberal article tries to get passed off as non-liberal commentary, you have to really question the motivations. Our government is functioning just fine. I realize it's fun to run around in circles, screaming "THE SKY IS FALLING! THE SKY IS FALLING!", but I'm inclined to believe that the sun will rise on January 21st just as it did on January 20th. But perhaps I'm just an eternal optimist...
It's no problem for me but I don't think that you are allowed to do that. - - - Updated - - - .. or an actor.
Donald and his groupies will take a brief pause from their ongoing celebration of November 8th to attend his "coronation". He will be pleased to see foreign dignitaries arrive.
Trump will be fine. America has downloaded the "Uninstall Obama" program. Please be patient...Do not reboot. America upgrade will be restored soon........98% complete.
The best option and the best thing to do so far, we question the capabilities of Trump and he will answer. It's not all about replacing him and lobbying unfounded criticism, but a challenge to bring out the best in him. The authority vested on him by the electorate is not easy and it's better to oil him most of the time. It's rather egoistic but he is there for us and to serve us and I could assert that he do know that beforehand when he decided to run for the Presidency.
Trump is a weenie. Leaders, like Putin, will use donnie-boy like toilet paper, then throw him away. He's already the laughingstock of the world.
Donald Trump is the laughingstock of the world? I'll tell you one thing: I don't think President Trump will be drawing nonsense red lines in the sand. See, Trump's red lines will actually mean something, and I would strongly advise against crossing them...
And what the hell you KNOW about Trump's security team? Do you seriously think that Russia, China, NK, or anybody else is going to pull any crap on Donald Trump? We will be safer now than we have been for 8 years.
