    I don't use the term "gay". I prefer traditional and original definitions of words. The Whitehouse was lit up after the same-sex marriage ruling by the Supreme Court.

    Well, they (both sides) tell consenting adults what they should and should not believe about marriage, gender, homosexuality. They tell consenting adults who they can and cannot refuse to do business with, and why.

    Frankly, I do not understand why anyone cares about any of this.

    I do not understand why the government is involved in ANYONE's marriage.

    I do not understand why anyone cares about other people's sex lives, whether to denigrate or validate. Likewise, I am mystified as to why anyone cares if other people approve of their sexual preferences.

    The people who protest against gay marriage and the people who have gay pride parades have identical problems. They are all laboring under the delusion that other people should care about something that is relevant only to themselves.
