And while Hillary has until noon Friday to get a pardon for any crimes she may have committed, Obama as of noon Wednesday does not intend to pardon Madame Secretary. Why not? Correction, she did not get charged with any crimes and therefore cannot be pardoned because there is officially nothing to pardon. She may or may not be charged in the future for the crimes she committed but it depends on the FBI and the AG.

I am going to guess that if she receives the conviction she deserves, that Trump will pardon her. That's is how it goes, but at least it needs to be pointed out to everyone that you don't do that crap!

Trump said he would not prosecute and Sessions said he would recuse himself, however a special prosecutor appointed by Congress could be in Clinton's future
