'Utterly miserable': Melania looks glum during President Trump's inauguration

Melania Trump appears to have a foreboding of the next four years where she will be mocked and derided.

The conservatives, including congressmen and senators, criticized, mocked and humiliated Michell Obama during Obama's 8-year tenure. This has set a precedent and justifications for attacks on Melania and Trump's family.

It all started with Michelle Obama; that was the straw that broke the camel's back. Never in the history of American politics have people criticized the families, daughters, sons, wifes, those in office until Barack Obama was sworn into office. Then suddenly, everyone thought it was okay.

Someone typing somewhere actually believes this is a coherent argument…

Who cares? I thought she looked fine; no better or worse than she usually does.

The difference is, some people don't understand that their dopey opinions are just opinions like everyone elses.

 

I too thought she looked beautiful, but sad. Trump would be impossible to live with.

Melania and Donald looked like they didn't want to fall down the stairs in front of millions of viewers. But, they should be glum. Unlike Obama who needed the cash and was driven to transform the country into something the Founders wouldn't recognize, the Presidency is a sacrifice for the Trumps.

 

She was probably unhappy because she was forced to wear that horrible dress

Be careful mocking Melania. She's fluent in 5 language. That's 5 more than most Liberals I know.

 

Melania looked beautiful and her expression was one that showed she respected the dignity and seriousness of the occasion. Michelle on the other hand looked like she could have bitten a limb off a tree. Never have I seen such tense jaws.

 

Lets face it, what the left is really saying in this thread is that Melania was so strikingly beautiful and dignified yesterday as compared to the constant grimacing faces from Michelle Obama that it became obvious to them that Melania will cast a shadow over the former first lady so wide it will be like she was never there. The Obamas are officially old news.
Children everywhere can breathe a sigh of relief, the evil witch has flown away and will never be back again to take your poptarts out of your hands.

Yuge difference between Michelle and Melania.

Michelle Obama was never proud of America and when Barack hit the national lotto, Valerie Jarrett told the Obama's pack your bags we are getting out of the hood and moving on up into public housing at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Free stuff, limos, thirty car motorcades with blue flashing lights, yuge business jets, white servants, lobsters every night.

This is a yuge step down for Melania, going from the Trump Towers to the rat invested public housing at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. No wonder she looks glum.

But the FDOTUS (First Daughter Of The United States) Ivanka Trump will always be ready to step in for the FLOTUSA Melania . And I seriously doubt Ivanka will be sucking off the American taxpayers living rent free at the White House like Valerie Jarrett did for eight years.

 

Lets supposed that Melania had been grinning ear to ear the liberal lemming headlines would read something to the effect that "Melania Trump GLOATS over political Hillary's corpse"

I have nothing against Melania Trump, but I doubt she will be comfortable in the FLOTUS position. She is a discrete, shy woman, who I believe would never had chosen this much exposure.

Looks like Trump takes every decision in the couple, including the horrible interior decoration he seems to enjoy.

Michelle Obama was attacked over her involvement in policy. Melania is going to be attack because she is married to Donald Trump.

And that may not even be her primary concern. Her Husband close to 70 is now taking on the most difficult and stressful job he's ever had. and one that ages most people drastically. Add to that the number of people who hat him almost entirely for the a unrealistic caricature the media painted and there is always the chance for an assassination attempt. She may well be concerned not for herself but for her husband and she has reasons to be so worried.
