Before anything like a harsh sentence would ever be dealt, Trump would have to unstack the DC court system that Harry Reid was so clever packing with lib judges.

The only reason I voted for Trump over a no vote was the probable three Supreme Court Justices, 14 Federal Appeals court judges, and well over 100 other federal judges waiting to have vacancies filled.

Go ahead President Trump, announce Ted Cruz as your first Supreme Court Justice nomination. Many of the current Senators on both sides really don't like him and he knows and defends the constitution like no other.

He should slide through approval like poop through a tin goose.
