By Pamela Williams 1‎/‎22‎/‎2017‎ Obama takes a parting shot at Hillary Clinton during his last night as President. He admits to the American Center of Law and Justice that his State Department worked with the Clinton Foundation to secure a position as a favor. I guess Obama truly wanted to do the right thing before he left office. Many thought he would pardon Clinton, but he chose not to do that. Further, he chose to reveal this information of collusion between his State Department and the Clinton Foundation. We all knew it was happening, but now we have the outgoing President of the United States coming clean to the American Center of Law and Justice. In case you are not familiar with the ACLJ here is the following: Led by Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow, the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ), focusing on constitutional law, is based in Washington, D.C. and is online at www.aclj.org. We thank them for their excellent work for the American people. "WASHINGTON, Jan. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ), which has filed a number of federal lawsuits against the Obama Administration to obtain information through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, said today it has received a response from the Obama State Department on the eve of President Obama's final day in office revealing the name of a person who received a top position in the Obama Administration after the Clinton Foundation urged then Secretary of State Clinton's aides to do a "favor" for a person who ended up getting a top job in the State Department". http://www.prnewswire.com/news-rele...on-to-secure-position-as-favor-300394251.html ""This is exactly the kind of collusion between the Clinton Foundation and the State Department that is totally inappropriate," said Jay Sekulow, Chief Counsel of the ACLJ. "We suspected that this type of behavior was taking place and now we have proof.(*) It's both troubling and unfortunate that the Obama State Department under the direction of then Secretary Clinton engaged in such activity and worse yet that both Secretary Clinton and the State Department went to great lengths to conceal this inappropriate action."" http://www.prnewswire.com/news-rele...on-to-secure-position-as-favor-300394251.html (Excerpt) Read more: http://investmentwatchblog.com/obam...linton-foundation-and-obama-state-department/ We continue to see the same names appearing. See: http://media.aclj.org/pdf/ACLJ-(Records)-Production-001_2-For-Release.pdf According to the State Department, Johnson was hired in May 2009 two weeks after the Clinton Foundation email asking for a "favor" as "Special Assistant to the Special Envoy for Guantanamo Closure."(*) The job description states that he was to help the Special Envoy "in furtherance of President Obama's order to close the Guantanamo Bay detention facility." Johnson's supervisor was Cheryl Mills and that his job was classified as "critical sensitive" at the State Department. Brock Johnson, a former Obama campaign operative You really have to wonder why Hillary was not indicted while BHO was in the W.H. Let's hope the new sheriff in town along with his deputy Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III, will bring these culprits including Hillary Rodham Clinton to justice.
Obama's have their own foundation now. Funny how the cycle keeps going around. https://www.obama.org/
Early Clinton Email Inquiry Responses Highlight State Department FOIA Woes Concerning Brock Johnson Feb 01, 2016 Senior Officials Gave Misleading Response to 2012 Request for Clinton E-mail Addresses WASHINGTON – A 2012 Freedom of Information Act request for all of the email addresses associated with then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton made its way to senior staff before the State Department asserted that no records of her email address could be found. In fact, those same senior officials who were aware of the request had previously corresponded with Clinton via her privately-hosted non-government email address. The details of the request and subsequent response were revealed in a State Department Inspector General evaluation of the department’s FOIA practices involving requests related to the Office of the Secretary. The review found that the office responsible for processing such requests fails to routinely follow legal and regulatory requirements for completeness of searches for relevant records. The office almost always fails to respond in a timely manner. According to the report, the 2012 request was shared with Cheryl Mills, Clinton’s then-Chief of Staff, who directed another political appointee to monitor the status of the department’s response. Mills and other senior department officials knew Clinton was using a personal email account to conduct official business at the time because they had sent emails to it. Despite this knowledge, five months after the FOIA request was received, the Department responded, claiming that “no records responsive to your request were located.” continued http://www.grassley.senate.gov/news...esponses-highlight-state-department-foia-woes
Awesome!! A "Go-Fund Me Bro" account! No telling what might end up being dug up that pertains to Clinton's stint as SOS. It's over though. Time to move on, bygones. Much better the way things turned out than a scandal and impeachment had she been coronated.
oh look, the George W. Bush Institute wants money!!! http://www.bushcenter.org/explore-our-work/support-our-work.html
Comparing the Bush Institute to the Obama Foundation is like comparing angels to the the devil. What's the purpose of the Obama Foundation ? Obama said not to many weeks ago he doesn't plan to retire after leaving the White House, he said he plans to go back to community organizing, agitating, causing trouble and dividing society because that;s what community organizers do. Actually for the past eight years that's all Obama has been doing.
A liberal complaining about corruption is like a drop of water complaining about rain. Appointing donors to a cabinet positions that they are qualified to do is not corruption. Telling someone that they have to make donations to your charity that is owned by their charity in order to get something from a government agency that you control is in fact corruption. It is called pay-for-play.
Bush tried obeying the law that President Clinton signed into law, the Iraq Liberation Act but the Democrats usually don't recognize the rule of law but will always eat up lies. "Hope and change you can believe in". It was a response to a you tube video. If you like your doctor...you can keep your doctor. It was workplace violence.
Oh yes. The Foundation's audit was done with compliance to accounting standards--- form, but not substance.
We agree. No question. But the Skankipotimus is a has been. She will always be known to me as that foul wench. But I'm not sure at this point what further sullying America worldwide with a witch trial would gain us........she and her flying monkey fiends are washed up. I would rather the US get on with making America great again instead of washing the feces out of our laundry instead of moving forward.
The American Center for Law & Justice (ACLJ), one of the principal legal advocacy groups of the Christian Right, pursues an aggressively homophobic, sexist, and Islamophobic agenda. Based in Washington, D.C., it helped draft the Defense of Marriage Act, which prohibited federal recognition of same-sex marriage from 1996 until the Supreme Court ruled it unconstitutional in 2013. ACLJ has also defended the ban by the Boy Scouts on openly gay scouts and scoutmasters, stoked fears about the rise of sharia law in the United States, and opposed the Affordable Care Act. Televangelist Pat Robertson founded ACLJ in 1990 as a counterweight to the American Civil Liberties Union, which he believed was eroding family values. With an annual budget of more than $17 million (2012), ACLJ collaborates with several other organizations that aim to infuse U.S. law with Christian Right values.
