Honestly, what is so bad about PP that it needs to be defunded? What is the logic behind forcing women to go through pregnancies, and taking away the resources that low-income women have? Welfare is a necessary resource to get people through hard times, unfortunately it has become abused, but it is still necessary. IIRC, the largest state in the country California has refused to provide the federal government with abortion statistics for several years. So saying abortions in the U.S. is at a "historic low" is speculative at best.

And virtually no one can get pregnant if using contraceptives responsibility.

Ironic, women who become pregnant are supposed to be able to make "responsible" decisions.

Yet the vast majority would never have become pregnant in the first place if it were not for IRRESPONSIBLE behavior in the first place.
