Trump is trying to protect America.

He is trying to protect us from our enemies.

But now small time judges are blocking his orders that protect us.

    Should such judges be fired?

No don't fire them. They are a foil for the other 2 branches of government. It's all about balance.

The principal of the division of powers suggests not to fire them, may be they could be sent to judge about problems with whales in Alaska ...

The point about US is simple: it's the government to decide the guide lines of the jurisdictional system. If judges don't like those guide lines ... they can change job.

Constitution is not involved in immigration. If it was involved Obama would haven't restricted immigration ... [take a look: http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/o...mmigrants-many-muslim-6-times/article/2594016]

So ... what are we talking about?

& A federal judge is not a small time judge -- court of appeals judges, and district court judges are nominated by the President and confirmed by the United States Senate.

They are part of our judicial system, as set up by our Constitution.

They are appointed for life. The only way to remove is to impeach - and that isn't going to happen.

Are you suggesting that a President should be free to do anything they want as long as they say it's to protect people, even if it's illegal? Maybe Trump wasn't exaggerating when he said he could kill someone in Time Square and still get elected.

They are not even being subtle about it anymore -- some of these Trumphumpers actually want him to claim dictatorial powers.

We've reached a sad day in America.

Um . . . Ronstar is actually a Trump hater who's suggesting what no Right of Center voice has suggested. Leftist posters have just been punked by a leftist poster.

What is defensive about asking if anyone has called for the judge to be fired?

Some posters are acting like it has been done so I asked 'who has?' so the answer is 'No'. End of discussion.

That may be, but I'm seeing it all over the web - Trump should ignore the judge, have him removed, have him fired -- it's all over Brietbart, Trump's twitter feed, and Trump loving alt-right sites all over the place.

    So that's not true.

Pretty disgusting Trump himself called this federal judge a "so called Judge."

Nope, that would not be American. But if they were to pass away or quit, then they could be replaced with judges who may not see things the same as their predecessor.

(Shrug) It doesn't matter since Trump does not have the power -- not even using Obama's famous Pen and Phone -- to fire any sitting judge. So again the Left is getting agitated over a non-issue and what is essentially Fake News. Look at all the melting . . . snowflakes. Sigh!

No, she wasn't. The only way to remove her, like a judge, is through impeachment.

    She still holds her position.

What are you talking about? Who is 'they'. In the first 10 post not one is advocating firing a judge. Conservatives pretty much know you can't fire a federal judge. Libs keep following RS off the cliff.
