At this point, the first female president likely will be Nikki Haley, former Republican Governor and now US Ambassador to the U.N. A moderate non-Trump supporters and daughter of LEGAL immigrants from India, she is clearly being groomed and given the resume for her to make a presidential run.

She is a moderate Republican who did not endorse Trump though he picked her anyway, voted to remove the Confederate flag in her Southern state, a WOMAN, not so old she's one step into the grave, not bad looking unlike that screaming shrill voice old white haired old "Pocahontas" Warren, and Haley being a minority too? Now also with foreign policy experience? She'll definitely be going for the presidency. The first female president who also is a minority. Independent women voters would flock to her.

If Trump does not run in 2020, she will run then. If Trump serves 2 terms, she will run in 2024. She's young enough and in the mean time will be getting her name out there nationally as our UN Ambassador.

Nimrata "Nikki" Haley, age 45, is an American politician and the current United States Ambassador to the United Nations. She served as the 116th Governor of South Carolina from January 2011 to January 2017.

Putting her in the UN Ambassador role means she avoided THE WALL and immigration issues. Unliss the private sector (military defense industry) makes her such a lucrative offer she can't refuse, she will be a candidate for president. ANYONE with a brain KNOWS there WILL be a female president soon. So it is a question of who? Democrats have old white haired wacko screaming Warren, Hilary who likely still fantasizes of being president, and she-won't-be-proud-of-the-USA-again unless she is president Michelle. But who do Republicans have?

Haley has demonstrated a remarkable ability of not making enemies, of smiling while walking the middle line on hot button issues (like the Confederate flag and whether to endorse Trump - she didn't), and she isn't white - a HUGE plus making hard to call her a racist and the daughter of an immigrant so can't call her a white supremacists nationalist. But in the UN she can come to appear a foreign policy expert and tough by bad-talking Russia, Iran, N. Korea, etc. This seems very, very careful grooming of her by the RNC. Why else would they make her UN Ambassador? She has ZERO foreign policy credentials.

That she flew thru confirmation - unlike most of Trump's nominees, with Democrats attempting no scandals against her says she's got some real personality-plus thing going for her by which they were afraid to go after her like the others. The UN will give her a big microphone - and one that she can control without any risks. There are people who hate Palin, Warren, Michelle Obama, and Hilary Clinton even it their own parties. Who hates Haley? Nobody. Not even extremely partisan Democrats. I think they sense she's politically dangerous if they do. After all, she is a minority immigrants' daughter. Automatic "RACIST!" whoever goes after her.

First female governor of her state. First minority governor I think too. Sounds like a very high potential of first female president added to this list of firsts. Plus Americans might soon be ready for a candidate who isn't incessantly ranting. She doesn't rant. She smiles.

Here she is and the good thing is the elections won't be needed, before Trump retires in 2028, he will make the succession hereditary :D :roflol:

No, and I would say he is a major contender if not the initial top contender.

Let's go with Pelosi, who today said she said she wishes she could work with President Bush, but just can't.

ORRRR, we could go with Maxine Waters who announced Putin is invading Korea, in breaking news.

These fine examples of the educated liberal base would make fine female presidents.

Nikki Haley has something else going for her. A sex scandal. A lobbyist claimed he had an affair with her, and claimed she had affairs with other men. She denied, said she would resign if proven because it is false, and won the election.

Some personal scandal, ideally with sex in it, may be a political necessity now because it diverts all the attention and debate to that candidate. Political issues and government? BORING. Sex scandal? INTERESTING. So if she does run for president, all that will be resurrected. Being a Republican the MSM will focus on it - and the other Republicans running get no coverage. In politics "bad press is better than no press." No press is silent political death to a politician.

Pence? Personally he's super clean. Even looks super clean. Pence looks like THE perfect president in a 1970s movie. B O R I N G. Really white and male looking too.

From your message history and that of Ron Star it was quite predictable you want a black woman, Michelle Obama, totally written of on behalf another ranting old blue eyed blonde East Coast Senator.

The DNC should make those required qualifiers to be the Democratic Party's nominee - and certainly allow no more black or Latinos on their ticket. At least only white candidate choices again with the party picking Warren before it starts.

Republican much? Warren actually has a relatively deep speaking voice, and was clearly a lot more able than sad old Hillary at the stump.

The first female president? Maybe never in the "flawed democracy" that is America.

I can tell you who won't be with much more assurance than who will be.

Warren will never be President. Palin will never be president.

If I was to partake on who might be, I'd say given we have moved into an era where a rock star has as much chance as a legit contender.
Michelle Obama could swoop in and garner her unqualified husbands following, and give it a run. She would have to run for some local office in Illinois first, which would start that rallying cry.

Nikki Healy seems unlikely, but she was a governor. Carly Fiorina could have some cosmetic surgery and possibly mount a run, before a pasture bull tried to mount her that is.

All this chatter about Cruz being first female pres.

Sure, he's got more chance of that than being the next male pres.

It could be a large operation to make that change though. From Ted "fish monster"Cruz (see, http://www.breitbart.com/video/2016/05/03/fish-monster/) to Kaitlyn Cruz.

I thought that gender was a fluid thing now. So why would having a woman president be an important thing?
