Breaking: Appeals court upholds ruling blocking Trump's immigration order

In 1952, Congress passed a law empowering the president to deny entry into the U.S. to “any class of aliens” considered to be “detrimental to the interests of the United States.” In other words, a threat to America and in the interests of national security.

This wasn’t a secret and really was to be expected. The ban is legal and is going to upheld and its going to have to find its way to the supremes which isn’t surprise when you have 1 judge saying green light and other saying red light.

Precisely. Most likely even at its current make up the Supreme Court would overturn the 9th Circuit Court as they routinely do anyway. But when the new justice gets confirmed that decision will then be inevitable. Meanwhile if the U.S.A. gets hit by ANYONE that Obama and company allowed into the nation then the Dem Party's leadership -- including their radical nation-hating leftist judges -- will be destroyed from a political standpoint.

We are in military activities in 5 of the 7 countries. There are no records to vet for most of them so we rely on their word and as one member associated with the vetting said it is a joke, especially after Obama started increasing the quotas.
