Welcome. Start sharing your thoughts on several of the active threads that interest you. There are many conservatives on this forum, but you must be very lonely in CA. ;-) Good luck

I've noticed there are more conservatives here than in other forums, I wonder if this is due to the recent election or just that we aren't as overwhelmed by critical lefties as one finds elsewhere.

In California people like me fear expressing their views, wear one of those MAGA caps and you're likely to get assaulted, but the BLM t-shirts will get you a smile and fist-bump.

Unfortunately the intolerant left wing will physically attack those who harbor different beliefs. It's no wonder they got destroyed 306-226 in the election.

If they are the "left wing" then the left wing has become an enemy of free political speech and expression. I think many on the Left are very offended by the thugs calling themselves leftist/anarchists using the tactics of the SA and SS to suppress political speech with violence.

It smells bad - especially given the funding link to a known agent of the Nazi/SS.

I can't remember a time the left wing supported free speech. They pretend to by going to protests but when they hear something they don't like, they riot.

I guess you didn't want to see the peaceful millions of women marching ? Better the tens of thousands of students I guess. Talk about a made up mind. Still know what they say "if you are not smart enough to get a real job, join the military, great indoctrination and socialist benefits "

Google the "free speech movement" UC Berkeley. It has been a while.

The Left has a sad history of advocating free speech just long enough to gain power. Google "Kronstadt sailers" to see what has happened to anarchists when the Left finally gains total power.

Ah yes, another soldier hater. That's okay, you guys are skinny, weak, and need the internet to feel important.

    Eat a steak!

And yes, I watched the pathetic "women's march" (for rights they already have lol). They didn't like what Trump said, so they took to the streets. Proving that the left can't accept free speech.

Were you one of the "smart" women who marched dressed like a puffy vaginas?

“As I wandered past the Maryland women, I took a photo of a woman dressed as an enormous, puffy vagina. She was very popular. Photo by Rebecca Repetti”

Well I left the land of fruits and nuts as a small child.

We don't have the Antifa and other flag burners around here.

California is exceptional in many ways and politics certainly is one of them. What amazes me is how things which everywhere else are questionable and subject to debate, in California admit no hesitation. Government paid third trimester abortions, maternity leave for unmarried singles without children, $15/hour minimum wage, public assistance for unlawful immigrants, multigender bathrooms, banning conservative speakers in academia, compulsory gay boy scouts... things that anywhere else would involve at least some discussion -can be imposed and woe betide anyone who so much as raises an eyebrow.
