No, the article cited Urban Dictionary. There are dozens of definitions of the term there, and many of them note race.

Typically when you tell someone "don't leave the house or you'll be _________" , control over the situation is no longer possible, desired, or both.

I think it's a safe bet to say they haven't been, but I'll look into it.
