I have shared a link to the RCP average on Obamacare approval, but I suggest when on the site clicking "All Public Approval of Health Care Law Polling Data" below, as it will open up more polling data.

It is certainly news that the RCP average for Obamacare approval has risen sharply, hovering about even (between approval/disapproval), but there are two causes for caution. First, if you look at the long term polling data, similar polls have been found - but they were surrounded by polling data suggesting far lower approval ratings for the law. Second, the four polls in the RCP running average are "adult" polls, not registered voter or likely voter polls. It isn't that "adult" polls are less accurate, but be conscious of what population they are measuring - adults, not registered voters, not likely voters, so they're a less reliable indication of voter opinions (the opinion that ultimately will matter). However, in the past the adult polls on Obamacare have been a bit worse for the law than RV/LV polls, so this might suggest a shift in voter opinions as well. However, RV/LV polls haven't been done since May/lastFebruary, respectively.

Obamacare approval up according to poor people and people with pre-existing conditions? I bet it is somebody had to make a poll about it?

ZERO chance the ACA gets repealed.

The only people crying about it are people in exchanges who got their premiums raised.

That's a whole lot of people.

Mostly people who are paying for Obama Care out of their wallets and not being subsidized by the taxpayers.

How many who had health insurance before 2009 who haven't had their premiums raised or no longer have their doctor they liked or are still insured by the same insurance company ?

How many today are covered by ACA (Obama Care) and can't afford to use Obama Care ?

Obama Care needs to be repealed and replaced with something that actually works. And this time Congress and the American people should be allowed to read the new health care bill before Congress votes on the bill and it's signed into law. Yes that will cause Nancy Pelosi and many progressives to go into a meltdown and needing to go into Play Dough therapy. And the new healthcare bill shouldn't cover therapy for snowflake meltdowns.

The media needs to rebuild its credibility before I'll take any of their polls seriously, and they won't do that with hot button issues. The election was only a few months back and people haven't forgotten why they voted in a Republican House, Senate, and White House. The repeal of Obamacare was a part of virtually every single Republican candidate in 2016, these polls seem totally disingenuous. More likely they were cooked up by the deceitful press...

    Obamacare is history. finito.
Why are we even discussing it's "popularity"?

    NEXT

the disaster disguised as healthcare can be summed up by this one simple piece of bull$hit on the site promoting it

read it real slow back to yourself and you see why Obama was as full of $hit as the plan itself, I don't know what else to tell the proponents except that you were hoodwinked

"ObamaCare is paid for by a mix of taxes and cost controlling measures which curb the growth pre-aca health care spending. It is funded by Federal and State tax dollars. The term self funding means that it was created in a way that the money saved was then used to fund the program."

Where I work, we are not in an exchange, and the premiums have tripled since 2009. And the company has had the exact same plan (an HSA) since 2001, from 2001 to 2009 the standard premium went from about $300 a month to about $400 a month.

The ACA is a total disaster.

And if it is not repealed, it will collapse. That's obvious.
