Okay, well Obama's policy also sent a message that something is wrong with all those people who think gender is a biological fact and not an illusion of our minds. Seems like a pretty big deal to mandate such a controversial view from on high.

I consider this the proper move, though I'm reluctant to give Trump any credit for it. Literally any republican candidate would have done the same thing as the Obama policy was a clear case of government overreach. Conservatives could have achieved the same end without suffering all the horrors Trump will doubtless put us through.

I can't decide if that trans-kid "Gavin" should get his case heard in the Supreme Court. They already redefined marriage for all of us, I wouldn't be surprised if they continued the smug slide into bizarro-world by redefining gender.

 

I see another thread has duplicated this topic by simply making recommendations, e.g., "make all bathrooms neutral." The beauty of the administration's policy move is that it leaves schools the freedom to make those decisions on their own rather than force everyone to adopt a particularly cockamamie idea.

This rule was regarding public schools. Not sure the scenario of a man whose bigotry is so great he could potentially murder someone is accurate.

I feel no need to defend myself from false charges thrown my way in your posts. I realize the origin of such charges is a lack of facts and a need to attack based on intellectual jealousy, membership if a clique of affirmation, and hatred due to consistent forensics failure.

Incorrect. It is a discussion forum. Debate suggest some sort of formal set of rules and a judgement as to the victor.

 

to be fair, their is supporting evidence for both sides of the argument. Though, somehow, I doubt you'll see the opposing sides point of view on this.

That said, chances are very very good that you've pee'd next to a transgendered individual or had one pass you as you exited the mens room. A lot of them can pass without anyone even guessing.
