BREAKING: Supreme Court Advances Lawsuit to NULLIFY 2016 Election

Even the Obama administration is releasing information from 17 executive agencies who all agree Russia interfered in the election.

I've said it before, over and over, this was a massive operation to hijack the election on many fronts. The voter suppression evidence also helped seal the deal working in conjunction with the Russia hacking. There is just way too much evidence now, while Trump supporters sit back with nothing to punch back with as a counter to all this evidence. The usual "get over it Trump won", just doesn't cut it any more.

And OP, if it perchance a SCOTUS decision would go against Trump, what would that mean? He is out? New election? Exec orders null and void? Hil automatically put in? Or what?

First.

Trump has been ratified by the entire Congress as being the President.

Its a done deal an no amount of Leftist butt-hurt is going to change that.

Second.

The only legal mechanism for removal of a President rests with the Senate.

The SCOTUS ruled 2 decades ago that no member of any judiciary can be involved with or review Senate impeachment/removal processes.

Third.

This moonbat site is claiming the SCOTUS is going to "rule on the Russian involvement".

For one, they are not a law enforcement body so that's just not how things work.

For two, the motion filed is just a document asking for a writ of mandamus, it is not a case its just a fancy legal way of asking for one. These moonbats pushed this nonsense up their end of the federal court system in such a corrupt manner that it legally had to be placed on the SCOTUS docket. But come March 17th this is getting tossed out.

Fourth.

Consider what the moonbats are actually claiming in the writ.

That "Russia hacked the election" that's their basis.

We've already confirmed that not a single voting machine or counting operation had been compromised in any way.

So this is nothing more than the latest verse of the same old song of the DNC being butt-hurt that its plans to corrupt and control the election were exposed.
