Why Nobody Cares the President Is Lying

Interesting article from a former conservative talk show host on why the right is so skeptical of mainstream news outlets, and what he, and other conservative talk show hosts, did to foment that skepticism.

Apparently the 45.9% MINORITY (of voters who chose to vote) that elected him don't care about something as distracting as "The TRUTH".

 

Oh, look: The left is suddenly concerned about our president being a liar! That's precious and I'm glad to see they have finally come out of their comfortable coma after backing a liar in the White House for the last eight years and trying to foist an even bigger liar into office as his successor.

Trump is what you wind up with when you have no other alternative to the Obama/Clinton progressive madness the nation just went through (and narrowly avoided yet another four years of).

He is far from perfect but eminently preferable to our slide into a progressive nightmare which is why I voted for him and now we all wait to see how Trump
will use this golden opportunity to reprioritize our position as a nation of sovereign people and not as part of a global, corporate cabal.

To all the pygmys riding his back, kicking and screaming, I say you will gradually come to see this nation isn't ready for your safe zones, your transgenderized bathrooms, your open borders or any other bit of social engineering nonsense you happen to think of. Not by a long shot!

 

Has the NY Times ever reported on it's own lies, or the lies by other media? Have they reported on the lies of Obama and Clinton? This article quickly zooms in on crowd size but did the Times ever zoom in on keeping one's doctor, plan and saving $2500? Did the Times ever zoom in on Obama's own book saying he was from Kenya or the racist quotes it contained? Did the Times ever take note how Obama and Clinton both conveniently flip flopped on SSM and immigration? Did the Times assign reporters to dig into Podesta's emails like they did with Trump's women accusers?

Best yet, has the Times ever acknowledged that almost everything Trump has done to date polls with approval numbers over 50%?

The Times fought Trump during the election and the Times lost, yet they keep hammering him with the possible belief people care. Nothing the Times can do will change the fact that Trump is our president, all they're doing is making a laughing stock out of themselves as they look to see what negative article they can post next that will generate clicks and revenue, because that's all they have.

More HILARIOUS deflection to Obama/Clinton--because Trump's "defenders" have NOTHING else.

At this point, the Fever Swamp/Trump echo chamber is proving the abject SHALLOWNESS of their argument on a consistent basis.

Can they defend Trump w/o referencing "But Obama/Clinton"?

Exactly right and as long as he throws red meat and finds scapegoats to blame for all their ills, they will follow him like the Jim Jones followers followed him. His lying is just white noise to them.

You are my best friend talking that way. The media is all over Trump calling him a liar. I did a politifact on Obama and he lied a lot. So much so, the media should have scorched him for his lying. But they despise Trump. Obama the media liked a hell of a lot.

What lie has President Trump told you that impacted your life? Has he done anything that depended on your stupidity as Gruber put it? Did President Trump mislead you into overhauling our healthcare system so it sucks beyond belief and has become unaffordable? Did President Trump tell you he deported billions of people all while shipping thousands of illegals into our country via plane, train and automobile? And beyond anything that President Trump has ever said, has he been secretive and underhanded in the way he dealt with America? Did president Trump lie about the deal with Iran?

Trump's supporters have most definitely cornered the market on Purple Koolaid.

 

Two kinds of "lies": Trump constantly refers to facts in a mistaken context (i.e. his comment about recent riots in Sweden were absolutely right but his dates were off).
Whereas Obama just plain lied his ass off when he consistently referred to things just not so (i.e. everyone will save $2,500 on Obama Care and be able to keep their favorite doctor...or, I only found just out about Hillary's private email server in the paper, just the same as all of you). Liar!
Those are consequential big assed lies!

The media will jump on every Trump lie like a chicken on a bug and they all ignored all but the most blatant Obama lies that they were forced to deal with.
Trunp is absolutely right about the threat that lying partisan propagandists masquerading as "journalists" represents to this nation.
