An Indian man, working legally in the US, as an Engineer, was killed in an Austin's bar/restaurant. His friend was also shot, along with a man who tried to intervene. The shooter yelled "Get out of my Country", as he started shooting.

    http://www.denverpost.com/2017/02/24/kansas-garmin-killing/

The shooter approached the 2 Indian men, and asked them if they had a green card. One of them went to the bar to report it. Meanwhile the man went was escorted out, and returned with a gun.

Americans have stepped up, and donated almost $640K. Although that will certainly not recompensate the loss of life of this tragic victim, at least it shows that some Americans care.

Indians are definitely in a bad position for prejudices, because they not only have Indian stereotypes to deal with, but are easily mistaken for Muslims, Blacks, or Hispanics.

Yet, Indian Americans are the most rich group in the United States, what is the Liberal explanation for this?

I suspect the Indians who migrate to the US tend to be educated professionals, travelling for established well-paid jobs or further education to the same ends. For various reasons, India doesn’t generate the flow of refugees and economic migrants (at least, not to the US) that other places do and so as a population in general, suffer a lot less of the consequential problems.

Puerto Ricans, and Indians can look alike, even if Mexicans, and Indians only rarely look alike.

Yes, the Indian population in the United States is clearly largely the crème of the crop of India.

An outlook questioning why Trump hasn't responded to this attack.

    http://www.slate.com/articles/news_...wo_indians_shot_in_kansas_speaks_volumes.html

Given the larger atmosphere of fear and hostility toward immigrants and people perceived as “foreigners,” this shooting has received wide attention from national outlets. But there’s one prominent observer who hasn’t weighed in on the incident: the president of the United States. Donald Trump is quick to comment on everything from leaks in his administration to cable news—and he’s never refrained from condemning terrorist attacks.

Earlier this month, for example, at the Louvre Museum in Paris, a young man attacked a group of soldiers: Wielding a machete, he ran at them shouting in Arabic, “Allahu akbar.” Police shot and subdued the suspect, who was taken into custody with serious injuries. The attempted attack placed terrorism back in the headlines of French politics, renewing fears and concerns around security and immigration. Here in the United States, President Donald Trump used the incident to justify his exclusionary policies toward Muslim immigrants and refugees. “A new radical Islamic terrorist has just attacked in Louvre Museum in Paris. Tourists were locked down,” said Trump on Twitter. “France on edge again. GET SMART U.S.”

We should not expect the President to personally comment on every criminal event. And we should certainly expect the President to push an agenda with the messages that he does choose to send, but the final paragraph of this article does an incredible job of discussing the impact of the message that is currently being sent by Trump.

I stubbed my toe yesterday, and Trump still hasn't called me or sent anybody around to comment on it! He's supposed to comment on literally everything! And shed tears! And start a big giant agency or something, isn't he? He must be rayciss!!! ....

Man, you gimps are really losing it. Keep it up, because it's costing your pathetic ilk a few more votes every time you post this stupid stuff.

Wow, I intentionally left some words out of the quote. Perhaps it makes it more evident what was said to equate this with an innocent man that was murdered, along with 2 others that were shot, while somebody yelled, "Get Out of My Country!".

So what? That has been going all over the world for many thousands of years; didn't have a thing to do with Trump, it has to do with the fact that Muslims are not even remotely considered as good choices in immigration, and besides, none of you 'progressives' have any problems with hate crimes in the first place, so your silly hypocrisy is just pathetic. Democrats love hate crimes, and enthusiastically encourage them, along with assassinations of police officers. It's the environment deliberately created by your last President and all of the big media networks. Another reason you're losing votes, even among minorities and ethnic groups. It's why the DNC deliberately chose two hate crime promoters to compete for 'Chairman', to send a message to their psycho base to keep up the violence.

I agree, which is why it's a waste of time discussing issues with you and your ilk. You don't care, you're just spreading manure like good lil bots.

And herein lies the problem folks; when a horrible crime is dismissed as "stupid stuff" and excused because, apparently, it's all about liberals losing votes, you have to seriously start worrying about the mental condition of certain segments of the US population.

Oh but he certainly has time to comment on TV shows and respond to any tweet about him, and of course, if any muslim commits a crime, he's on top of that

He actually did comment in his speech to congress, decrying the act. This deserves credit. Now if he would only stop sending hate tweets, like the one about the Louvre - "Wake Up America". Who knows, this might have been what tipped the balance of Adam Purinton, the shooter. After all, being a former Navy man, the Commander-in-Chief was his boss, and ultimate commanding officer.
