I know some of you ride, and some of you might not, I was wondering what kinds of bikes you like or what kind of bike you all wish you had?

This is more of just to see who else likes bikes (Other then 3 people I have spoken to)

This IS the bike that did it for me, This is what I wanted

The Same builder built this one, and I like it alot (Not as much as the first one but Close )

Will pick you up when you are down
    But a Best Friend
    Will skip alonge beside you

I like Japanese manufactured sport tourers/sport bikes.
More bang for the buck, though it doesn't endear me with HD riders.

My current ride is a 2006 Kawasaki ZX-14.

My next bike will be a Kawasaki Concours 14, because I'm getting a little old for the cafe' style
    riders position.

Beautiful bike I ride with many types of bikes (Because I can BWAHAHA ) Honestly I know people on both sides of the fence so whoever wants to ride with me is fine

Right now I have a blast (06 492cc.) ITs ugly, loud, and I can abuse the bike completely and fully.

My girlfriend says I would kill myself on a sportsbike, But the ZX14, Busa, and Daytona 1148 (I think) are on my list to try one day

I'm the same way, doesn't matter to me what anyone's ride is...

If the Buell Blast is your first bike, then that's a good choice for a new rider. Too many
people want the big displacement bikes from the start, and get into lots of trouble as a result. Start with a mid-size like you have and progress up the displacement ladder.
Though the 600cc class of sport bikes is pretty much insane for the past decade in terms
of the power to weight ratio. A Blast is a good bike to learn on, nothing wrong with that.

I used to ride and want to again. I've been eyeing the Suzuki Boulevard tourers
and almost bought one recently but it's getting to be season again and waaayyyyyy too many elderly drivers who won't see me just like all the other riders they whack while they are out driving their cars
What have we become when we demonize success

Yeah they're nice. But you have to gain experience on a bike to know
what's what.A nice bike often is a real pain to live with. They might ride
rough.More than 20 minutes in the seat,no matter how comfortably low,
and yer worn out.Because of excessive vibration and maybe a hardtail.
A hardtail doesn't have rear shocks. No good for riding past 20 minutes.
Many custom bikes have engines {V-twins} that may not start.Old
pushrod designs are too torquey and require a good starter and
efficient fuel delievery { Carb vs. Fuel injection }.
Many novices get bowled over by watching shows like American Chopper
and thiking those bikes are to die for. Most those bikes aren't street
ready. They're for show. They look good but little else. Most of those bikes
can't handle cornering, and have funky braking.Get caught on a mountain
    road,and they're dangerous.
Motorcycling is a load of fun.If you enjoy riding, which means extended travel
over different roads, where braking is key,and cornering important, forget
    a chopper or custom bike.

The ZX-14 is a crotch rocket.Fast.Maybe faster than a Hayabusa.
Concours is a really splendid sport tourer.Cops use them in come
city.I was thinking about a concours once.Best of both worlds.Fast
    and also great tourer.
I own 2 motorcycle.I was gonna buy a Ducati Diablo this year
    but couldn't get a decent trade-in for my one bike { M-109 } suzuki.
Plus the Diablo is a first year model.I like first tear models.
Many of my bikes have been first year models.
    Honda 1800 VTX { traded-in for M-109}
    Suzuki M109
    Honda RUNE { pride & joy }.Traded in for my Valykrie Tourer {1500cc}
